You are absolutely correct, But what people today THINK Jesus looked like, is what people have told me that i look like. Tell me. Do you think the avatar that i chose, looks like Jesus or not? Be honest. Or are you just saying this to try to start something? i say that, because in all that i say above, that is the only thing you comment on. You did not comment if it was good advice or not, but commented on a part you thought was WRONG, how is that not trying to cause strife?

No it absolutely is not my aim to cause strife and I did brief through several posts. Just trying to catch you out - but in a fun non-confrontational way...and yes I love the sketch, it is indeed what we pertain Jesus to look like - if a little too pale JMO

In ALL ways.
i put God first in every area of my life. If i didn't then satan would have a way to get in.
If a person has the Full Armor of God on, then satan will not be able to get in. But if you are missing some of those armor pieces, then satan will get in through that area that is not protected. With this generation, Christians are wearing a lot of the armor, but the piece that protects the groan area is missing altogether. This is why there are so many who look at porn, who cheat, who fornicate, who lusts. The groan are has no armor for protection from the wiles of satan. Therefore he enters into a person through that area.
So any area that you don't put God first, is the same area satan will enter in and reside.

i never said attach to a person, i clearly and plainly say above Enter into a person. And as to Scriptures, which teaches that, please read all the verses about demon possession.
Ever since society started locking up demon possessed people in institutions, saying they are just crazy, satan changed his tactics. Now most demons possess people without making themselves known to the person they possess or to the people around the person that has a demon.

**** since only a small portion of God's people tithe---- I would say this is key ---- talk is cheap---- try winning a girls heart or your wife's respect by being a Scrooge--- when we give from a heart of Love this means we have also surrendered our hearts usually---- those who are not giving at least 10% ---- think about it---- over 40 years I have tried both tithing and not tithing GOD SAID PROVE ME---- if you are not a giver then possibly something is lacking in your life...Grace and Peace...
What you are saying is absolutely TRUE. The narrow and difficult path that leads to life everlasting is not a very easy life at all. i hate life, would rather die this instant and be with Christ, then to go on one more day in this wretched world that i live in. My flesh is evil and wicked and desires to sin continually, which i hate my flesh because of its evil desires (please note: i do not comply with the desires of my flesh, though my flesh serves sin, it is my mind that serves God and it is my mind that controls what my flesh does.) One who lives a life for God, has lost his/her own life. He that finds his life shall lose it, but he that loses his life shall find it. i am like one sitting on the porch swing, looking down the road for Christ to come, longing for His return, sitting there waiting, and waiting, and waiting. People in the house are partying, they come out and ask me to join them, sex, drugs, all manner of worldly temptations/sins in the house. When i was younger, i would be one standing on the porch looking down the road, now that i am older, i sit on the porch swing still waiting, and waiting.
Those who choose to walk the narrow and difficult path, will not have a life at all, they will only live a life that is pleasing to Jesus Christ, they will do only those things that please the Lord, NOT their own selves. They realize they are bought with a price, and no longer own their own selves. Jesus owns them, these will walk in the light as Jesus walked in the light, and walking in the light in a world of darkness you will be attacked, you will be betrayed, you will be mocked, and made fun of. What fellowship hath light with darkness? If you are light, and the world is darkness the world will hate you, if you are not hated, i would question your walk with Jesus Christ. Prophets were hated and killed. Jesus was hated and killed, most of the Apostles were hated and killed. Jesus Himself said, marvel not if the world hate you, it hated me first. So if the world loves you, you are probably walking the broad and wide path that the whole world seems to be on.
The path that i walk, makes me hate this life, but my life belongs to Him, it is His to do with whatever He see fit, NOT what i see fit. i breathe, eat, and live Jesus Christ, it is the only way to keep satan at bay, if i slip anywhere at all, satan is there to swoop in and get me to fall. So then i do what Scriptures teach. i love God with ALL my heart, with ALL my mind, with ALL my strength, and ALL my soul. if i choose to knowingly commit sin, HOW have i loved Him with ALL my heart, mind, strength, and soul? Woe to this generation who has not realized, that they must give up their LIFE, even as Jesus gave His for you. Stop living your life to please SELF, start living your life to please Jesus.
NO it is not easy, it is very difficult, but the prize for winning that race, is Eternal Life, to reign with Jesus Christ, to be an actual SON OF GOD. But Many will not find, nor choose this path, ONLY a very FEW will find this path and choose to take it for Jesus Christ. Very few indeed.

Do you know why i don't go into the house? Because of the yoke of Christ. i do all things to please Him. it is easy for me NOT to participate in all that is going on around me, because i am under His Yoke. i sit on the porch waiting for Him to come down the road. Even though i will never participate, does not mean it is not difficult to see that stuff day to day after day after day. i am like Lot in Sodom and Gomorrah. A righteous man vexed by all the corruption around him. It is easy for me now to remain sitting on the porch. Sure my flesh desires to participate, but because of the Yoke of Christ, i will remain right where i am at sitting on the porch, vexed because i still live in a world devoid of the TRUTH. Yes life is difficult, yes i hate life. But NOT because of the Yoke of Jesus Christ, but because of the world that i live in, billions upon billions of people oblivious that they are running towards a cliff that will kill them, all the while smiling while they are running there, and what grieves me more than anything at all, and adds to this life is difficult, is that nobody will listen to me when i plainly tell them "STOP, your running towards a cliff, and you will die" They laugh at me and keep running towards the cliff that will kill them.
So the burden of obedience to Jesus Christ is easy and light, His Yoke, but living and seeing what is going on in this world right now, living in the last days where people are lovers of themselves, for who does not wake up in the morning and think "What can I do for ME today?" Living in a generation that LOVES to sin, and makes excuses for them, yeah life stinks, i am vexed daily because what i see in the world today. One of the reasons, i don't have Local channels, Cable, or Satellite. To much filth.
Obeying Christ and pleasing ONLY Him, easy and light for me now.
Living in the World today, i am so ready to die, let it be tonight. i know where i am going when i die, i do not fear death.

REALLY DON'T WANT a single-solitary-thing-back for the GOOD they have DONE, and not only that,
they 'TAKE-CARE of their LOVED-ONES/BLOOD, out of PURE LOVE, which WHEN IT does happen,
it can only and I mean, ONLY mean, that such Love for another can only come from our 'MAKER'...
it truly is ONE the ultimate sacrifices that we can express for our brother or sister...kin or kindred'...
a very 'RARE-THING' these old Biblical-Ways that our precious Saviour tried to teach...
