when our Temple becomes a priority, then we can only grow-upwards towards our Maker...

Everything is a spiritual issue.
I made my diet and lifestyle a spiritual issue.
This is what most people on this site are missing, and indeed, what most Christians don't get. That is why they are failing and dying young and living at a lower level
How do you think I have maintained 100% veganism for 24 years, also eating the majority of my foods raw?
I would tell my Christian clients to make it a spiritual issue or they would likely fail.
In my own strength and discipline and will I did it?
I could not do it for a week if I relied on that.
Glory to God.
Inferring that the rest of us are stupid.. LOL

In your book we should all be vegans. Why?
Meat is supposed to remain in stomach for hours, other foods up to an hour. Meat leaves the stomach prematurely when combined with other food. It remains partially undigested and becomes rancid in the intestines.
Never heard this before and it sounds incorrect.
The digestive system works best with a good level of fiber and non-concentrated foods.
We are omnivores so can digest both meat and vegetables.
What you are suggesting sounds non-scientific and probably based on some spurious opinions.
What damages the body appears to be too much fat, sugar and salt.
On top of this people can get immune system reactions to various food proteins like gluten.
With irritable bowel syndrome this is linked also to stress. With this condition you could invent
any theory you like and not be able to prove it one way or the other.
So I doubt the benefit of what you are sharing as I have experience in my family of people
who suffer from these conditions and what does or does not work for them.

Are you in the health and fitness industry? God revealed many things to me as He has obviously done with you. He has explained how the body works and the programming for adaptation and procreation. It's quite a marvelous piece of engineering. Most people seriously don't have a clue that our bodies function exactly like a machine. Many systems all functioning in concert to maintain homeostasis. The major problem like you have stated is that we pollute our body with so many things it was never intended to process, like putting rocket fuel in a Caravan. Then as the body is trying to adapt to crap we throw in, the doctor's give us medicine to mask the symptoms.
The saddest part is, nobody really cares. Talk about dry bones. Most people are already dead just waiting to be buried. If you are interested in any info He revealed to me about the purpose of testosterone and growth hormone or whatever, let me know. I feel like a toy all wound up, ready to go but sitting on the shelf.
Going vegan may be a good choice for some people, but it won't work for EVERYONE. JD is of the opinion that if we give up all our food and only eat stuff like algae and seaweed, we would be healthier and could get off of whatever medicine we're on. That just is not so.
I don't eat red meat ever. I do eat chicken and turkey, but that's it for the meat group. I do not eat bread, or anything in that food group. I DO eat veggies and fruits, but there are some I refuse to eat, such as brussels sprouts and cauliflower.. yuck.. I do eat dairy, yogurt mostly, and I take milk with my meds. ONLY with my meds, I gag on them if taken with water or juice. I don't drink milk otherwise. I've never cared for milk, so the milk that I do take, is chocolate milk.. lol
I don't care for nuts, but I do like peanut butter. And I use maple syrup and honey to sweeten things. I drink tons of water, and 1 to 2 cups of iced coffee in the morning. I will resort to eating salad, but I ain't doing algae and seaweed. NO WAY.
You can say I'm wrong, but I don't have enough faith to eat better AND go off my seizure meds, and HOPE that you and others here are right. :/ Eating better I will do, but abandoning my seizure meds because of a couple people who are NOT doctors say I should? ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Of course some meds are required if you have a specific illness. Many meds are for symptoms of bigger problems. High cholesterol is indicative of hormone problems. Hormone problems are lack of inner balance. Inner balance can be poor nutrition, sleep habits, or any number of things. If you just medicate your symptoms then the primary problem will surface by another ailment. The reason that cholesterol is a problem at all has largely to do with eating fried foods, glycation specifically. Cholesterol is needed to make many hormones and cleans the blood. The cause for too much means that you are deficient in some so your body is making and craving cholesterol to produce more hormones. Advanced glycated end products (AGEs), molecules produced by combining starches and fats through heating or digestion, cause a list of cardiovascular problems. Hardening of the arteries and heart disease is at the top of that list.
I know you didn't mention cholesterol but this is just one example. Type two diabetes is completely curable without meds. The meds are often more harmful than good. Here's the principle I go by; If you can be 80% healthy the other 20% shouldn't have a devistating effect. It's the people who think the other way that put themselves in harms way. God designed our bodies to fail in poor environments and thrive in good ones. Where there are environments full of nutrients, and people are being active and productive then the situation is perfect for our reproductive organs to function vibrantly and life to be full and long. Poor nutrition and high stress results in poor reproductive function and short life. It's all part of the population control programming in this machine.
And I never once said or implied you should go off your seizure meds. Your diet is a lot better then most here. I would just tweak it if I were you.
Other wise, I respect what you have done with yourself regarding your previous health issues and current routine. You have altered your lifestyle and understand this better then probably 90% here.

Everything is for a purpose to maintain balance inside and outside of the body. The body gathers information from outside of the body to make changes inside the body to then make changes outside of the body. Testosterone increases aggression, builds muscle and increases sexual arousal in men. It does the same for women but too much makes them infertile. T calls on HGH for assistance to build muscle. When the environment is hostile or the men are worked to hard as long as they get enough to eat and sleep this increases population to either help with the load or replace the fallen (dead). It's the environment that triggers it. Opposite is true not enough to eat or poor nutrition, not enough sleep and lack of productivity signals too many people and dials back the T to reduce population. Increased T generates alphas which increases mating response in females. When we eat properly, get enough sleep, work at a good rate then levels remain steady and population maintains. Growth hormone is released in physically active people to keep the ones who do their share and more around longer to be productive and reproductive. Testosterone is supposed to serve a purpose and when that purpose is served levels are supposed to decline. If we are not battling giants or clearing forests then it turns to estrogen to make us more loveable and less combative and horny. This makes us more patient fathers and better husbands.Sure, tell me about HGH an Test.
Personally, I'm not a vegan but I know why it's the healthier choice. Think of an engine that runs on two fuel sources. If one type of fuel is unavailable, then you can switch to the other but you don't fill the gas tank with liquid propane. Our bodies are designed to adapt to seasonal eating. When there is vegetation available, that is the primary intended source for nutrients. Even lentils are loaded with protein suitable for muscle building. The meat and fat is designed to be eaten during the winter months when vegetation is rare and unavailable. Fruit usually lasts for a couple of months. Our digestion is not suited to process both foods at once. Meat and fat requires an acidic stomach solution and everything else alkaline. When food is in our mouth saliva detects what we are chewing and sends signals for the stomach to prepare for adequate acidity. Fruits especially cause the stomach to be alkaline and when eaten with meat (this includes sauces that contain high fructose syrups like bbq and steak sauce) prevents the acidity release required to breakdown the meat into amino acids. Meat is supposed to remain in stomach for hours, other foods up to an hour. Meat leaves the stomach prematurely when combined with other food. It remains partially undigested and becomes rancid in the intestines. This contributes to infection and irritation in the bowels. All nutrients enters through the intestines. This rancid meat effects the ability at which our intestines function and pollutes the nutrients as they enter the body. Meat if eaten, should be eaten separately, an hour after other food is eaten and no food should be eaten following for a couple hours. As well, it should be chewed thoroughly and with just sips of water. Too much water dilutes stomach acid, other beverages may be loaded with sugar to cause alkalinity in the stomach.
The body was created for the Garden of Eden and adaptable to go all over the world but it is not designed for gluttony and supermarkets that provide us fruit, meat and straight sugar all year long.
