Hi, I am Steve Evans and I am new to Christian Chat. I am a 55 year old married Christian who is simply trying to meet other Christians and have Christ-centered conversation. I've been happily married for 30 years. I am a night auditor with a lot of free time on my hands and no one to talk to, hence my reaching out to other like-minded people. I received Christ on July 4, 1979 while staying at the Union Street Rescue Mission in Seattle, WA. I was 17 and a run away from South Dakota. I am back in South Dakota now, which apparently is where the Lord wants me.

That's my intro, for now.

Never been to South Dakota but hope to go there one day. There are still 18 states I haven't been too and always look forward to crossing another off my list. I did some running too across the country when I was 17. It's great that you are still happily married after 30 years. I'm happily married after 2 years. Being married to your best friend is a very good thing. Glad to have you join our family. Welcome to CC.
