People, if God has not told you personally "I will not heal you" then you shouldn't think God will never heal you. Stop playing God with yourself!

But isn't it normal or human, to have fear and doubt when you're in agony or have a terminal illness? I know when I had cancer, it scared the you know what outta me.. :(

And when I had my herniated disk and sciatica, my body was so stressed and on overload, that my bladder let loose and I peed myself. That only happened once but it scared the crap outta me because I haven't lost my bladder function since I was a teenager having grand mal seizures.. Weird thing is, it was pure water.. No urine at all. Just water..
It is normal to get scared but remember God does not give you the spirit of fear! That is something my brother T_Laurich reminded me.. I do agree that God has used you for his glory in your sicknesses, but he isn't against healing you either. Unless God told you he doesn't want to heal you then you shouldn't think you can't ever be healed.

Jeremiah 17:14 - Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou [art] my praise.

Jeremiah 33:6 - Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them, and will reveal unto them the abundance of peace and truth.

Psalms 103:2-4
[SUP]2[/SUP] Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
[SUP]3[/SUP] Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
[SUP]4[/SUP] Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

Stop comparing yourself to other people. Unless God tells you "no" himself, you have no business trying to assume what God can't do for you.
It's a valid question, not a comparison.
This is the problem with the 'God heals everyone' belief. There is no scriptural evidence to support this idea, just cherry picked scriptures, out of context, to attempt to use. And when people post valid questions there is no real answers, just variations of 'don't question me, just accept it'.
Provide clear, in context scripture that specifically physical healing is promised for everyone, guaranteed, and provide Real answers when people question. If you are unable you have no right trying to push this on people and arguing with them. So far you have done neither.

Some of you know I had colon cancer last year Feb. I believed in a full healing before I had the operation and I even told the Doctor he wouldn't find anything. Well I had the surgery and the tumor was still there. When I woke up from the surgery my faith was kinda shattered. I didn't understand why God didn't heal me when I was producing all the faith. Everyone else around me was doubting but I was 100% sure I was healed.

Well months later, after much prayer, I believe God gave me the answer. I believe God never intended for me to have the surgery. He wanted me to trust in Him alone and not the doctors. It was also pressed on me that I wasn't fasting. This is one area in my life that I am very weak at. Jesus talks about fasting when His disciples were unable to perform some miracles. I believe this standard is for today as well.

In my situation I believe God wanted me to build my faith up in the healing process and I wanted instant gratification. I was also contending with a lot of doubt from family members. I believe if you have someone doubting God and believing in medicine then you are going to have demonic forces fighting you every step of the way. This is why it is important to fast and to remain in prayer.

To this day I am cancer free and I have done this without finishing chemotherapy and relying on God and of course changing my diet. I still have the doubting Thomas's in my family and am in a constant battle. Do I believe that God performs instant miracles still? You bet I do. Do I believe that God wants us, sometimes, to put our full trust in Him and not modern medicine? You bet I do.

I think the one thing to understand is we Christians need to walk in God's blessings instead of hoping for miracles. I would rather remain in the blessing of God than depend on daily miracles to get me through life. God Bless

Its wrong to tell people God can heal them if he wants to? Its wrong to tell people they shouldn't decide what God's will is for them? How dare I!

Amazing testimony!! Finally! You are living proof of what I'm talking about. Guys, I'm not saying God will heal you instantly as soon as you ask him.

You are right. We naturally have fear of the unkown. But what's the worst thing that could happen?

To live is Christ. To die is gain.

You are still alive. That means something. There is still hope for healing.

I just got struck with a thought.. lol.. Reading back over this post about the part of peeing myself and only water came out, but no urine.. Reminds me of when the soldiers pierced Jesus' sides and only water came out, no blood. How very much more He suffered than any of us ever will!! Dunno why I got this thought, just wanted to share.. lol :eek:

Right,not everything Jesus did could be recorded,for the volume of the book would be so big we could not even carry it around,hey,you group of 100 men,come over here,and help us carry this Bible over to this place,and all we need is a few scriptures telling us what Jesus did to get the answer that He did heal.
Lol so true!!

Yes, glory to God, because everything you said is actually helping me right now in my walk.
Well then I believe God had us cross paths on here for a reason. I don't come on here much anymore but I am always blessed when I do.

We all who love God and are His - have faith. Even if our faith was as small as a mustard seed, it's enough faith to be healed. But many leave their prayer closet without a healing.

There's a group of people who will condemn you because you're not healed. You don't have enough faith. There's sin in your life. You were involved in the occult and you haven't repented of it so you're cursed. The list goes on and on as to why a person isn't healed.

They'd probably tell the apostle Paul that he didn't have enough faith to be healed. And in so doing, they would be judging God. It's God who said no.

So all of you who are those that might tend to be this way to judge others who aren't healed. Please stop. The condemnation reaped upon us is too much to bear. It's not our fault we're not healed.

And how many of you who point the finger at others - do you have some type of malady that your not healed of? Arthritis? Do you wear glasses? A hearing aid possibly? Or maybe you suffer with allergies? Osteoporosis?

Well the list could go on and on, but I'm guessing you see the point I'm making. Let's move out in love and truly love one another instead of judging one another.

I agree with you Desertsrose!
