You are not being clear, that's the issue. Why does your husband smell smoke? Has he seen a doctor about it? Did the doctor offer a diagnosis or cause? Is the cinnamon a treatment? Or just a trick? Does the not eating have to do with it or is it a separate issue?
When you word things poorly it leaves others confused. People tried asking and your answers just made more questions. Perhaps take more time to explain better so people can understand. They aren't being rude, they're lost.

No one is being rude. If he has a hard time eating, he may have an issue in his throat or esophagus.. As to why he smells smoke, I have no idea. Maybe he should thoroughly checked by a doctor. And why would God tell him to take cinnamon?
