Ok, more sinful generalizations for you guys just to entertain and delight (hopefully)...

Can you identify yourself with any of these typical forum-poster types?


1) The Antagonist - Everytime someone makes a point, u have the urge to discredit it or oppose it in some way. Why? Because you can, and you will!

2) The Hit and Run artist - You know better than to stick around and see what everyone else says about your post. This is me! haha! :p

3) The Quiet one - Two posts a day is over your limit. Ok make that two posts a week.

4) The Joker - You believe every thread has a potentially killer punch line in it somewhere

5) The Preacher - Everyone is evil and they need to know about it!

6) The Online Scholar - Youre here to pick other peoples brains and fill your own with deeper insights about (insert subject here).

7) The troll - if this is you, go away! Far far away!



OK...now add your own that you can come up with...I know you want to!! :p :D

I'm a mix between 1 and 6. In my own threads, and a select few other threads, I will argue EVERY point pretty much, even if it agrees with me! =D However, in most other peoples' threads, I just try to provide insight and help instead of starting a fight ^_^

You rock!!! I would say you're definitely in the lead if there was a competition/vote over who writes the best threads here!!!

Having properly buttered you up (actually, I'm sincere in my praise or I wouldn't give it), I would have to say.... *drumroll*

I'd say I'm a combination of a little bit of everything you listed (maybe I'm just rebellious and don't want to be pigeon-holed), but the one that stands out most definitely would be: Seoulsearch=the Official Singles Forum Troll. Kind of like Shrek, I guess... Oh wait, that would be an ogre, I suppose? (Maybe I can be the forum mascot???)

*cries*

Does that mean I have to leave the forum and stop posting now???? (But I so like reading your threads... maybe I can still catch a glimpse of them from afar... in some distant swamp...)

I'm kind of a mix between 4,5, and 6. Maybe a little troll thrown in for good measure.

LOl thanks Kim!!! You know what, there are lots of thread ideas in my head that I never posted. Not all are funny though. For example I want to post one on forgiveness. Some pointers that might help make it easier to forgive others. I also wanted to post one on the top 5 or 10 things guys do that turn women off. Idk maybe in time I'll write that stuff. Ok so now someone's gonna steal my idea! :p Oh well. If u wer a troll u would be one of those cute little pencil-eraser trolls with the comb-able hair :D

Zero--GO AHEAD AND POST THOSE THREADS!!! I may not always be able to reply right away, but I LOVE reading other people's threads and you definitely write some GREAT ones!!! VERY entertaining...

DABEARS had a great thread too... and so many others... I hope everyone who has even the slightest idea for a thread will toss it around and give it a try. This is why I spend most of my time in the forum, because I love reading a good discussion, as well as everyone's ideas and little quips (that one was for you, Nod!)

OK, EVERYONE, IT'S OFFICIAL: Pheonix and I are the official Singles Forum Ogre and Troll.

Please address us accordingly. :D Just kidding!!

Ok make that two posts a week.) and hmmmm...... maybe a bit of a #7 (The Troll) IF that means I scan the forums alot without posting on everything I read up on. Sigh.....I'm a sad, sad case, cuz I love when people post about my posts, (even when they don't agree with me, as long as it in kindness) but.....now I am to go away ...*gulp*....far, far away!!!! :(

p.s. Kim=Fiona?????????? who'm I?? :D
