I'm struggling with gender identity and sexual sin. Urges of being a girl are tempting me for some reason. I want them to go away because this isn't what God intended for me.

God created you a guy so you are right in saying that God did not intend for you to be a girl. There are urges and then there may be a more deep rooted psychological issue. I pray that God gives you clarity of thought and to remove these urges. Glad to have you join us. Welcome to CC.
The Lord generally makes it clear what gender we are, doesn't he? Don't let Satan and his followers talk you out of it.
Look down your pants, that's what your gender is. Whenever in doubt, go look again if it's changed. Only if it has you'll have changed.
Pray, pray, pray!!!!! Pray to God that he will fix you, pray for the strength to resist, don't let those urges get you. Fight for righteousness, fight to become the best person you can be. Don't let those stupid urges win, be the man, be the beast and break your urges.
Don't focus so much on it because if you are constantly focused, you are obsessed and you will fall due to obsession. Also, maybe do some manly stuff and like, go to the gym, do weights, etc. do manly stuff you enjoy to remind yourself of the fun and what you enjoy of being a man.

One of (if not the) the best way to fight against evil is to get so close to Jesus that the evil releases you on its own. Spend time in the Gopsel of John learning how much God loves you then return that love. The more full of love for Jesus we are, the less room there is for demonic deception.
