There were plenty of people older than 60 RUNNING up the incline. Crazy people...

That's the thing :) and it's really wonderful :)

Some people look after their bodies SO well, work out, drink enough water and get enough nutrients daily, and are naturally just healthy (with a bit of luck too) and even though they're in their 60's, 70's, 80's they're really fit and they look MUCH younger than they really are :)

That's FANTASTIC that she is that age and is still healthy :) and that she can walk a mile per day too :D

See some people in their 30's and 40's these days who can't do that, and who get tired from walking up the stairs even. But those old people are MUCH healthier, and fitter :)

I saw Peggy Lipton in a movie I watched with my daughter last night, called A Dog's Purpose. She played the elder version of an earlier character who was reconnecting with someone she knew when they were both teenagers and in love with each other, before tragedy struck and tore them apart. When I first saw her opposite Dennis Quaid, I thought, oh my goodness, he looks so much older than she does, how could they have been teens together when she looks so much younger than him now? But when I looked them up, she was actually born in '46 while he was born in '54. She just looked so fabulous, Mod Squad lol.

That's really wonderful :) I have seen similar in the past in life, like you see some women and they look like WOW like stunning in their 20's or early 30's or something but they're actually MUCH older in their like 40's or 50's even. And you see them with guys who look REALLY old. Doesn't always happen but you see them sometimes :)

I used to work in a holiday park, and an "old" woman worked there too and was my kind of mentor there, helping me learn the ropes and the person who kept an eye on me there when I started to work there. Even though she was in her 60's, with her figiure you'd think she was MUCH younger than she was. Without the grey hair, she'd look in her early 30's or something.

So....yesterday I celebrated my nephews first birthday with friends and family. I made a couple things one of which was a mini fruit tart and some guy who works for my brother in law ate one and then asked if I would marry him once he found out I was the one who made them...let's just say it made the rest of the afternoon a little awkward :(

Way more than I was expecting. There was this one guy who ran all the way up no breaks, and didn't even stop at the top he just kept running down the trail down.

Was watching Wheeler Dealers (the two British guys who redo old cars) on T.V. this afternoon, and the mechanic on the Show....Edd something or other had a T-Shirt on I really liked. It read:

YOU CAN'T

STUPID


Yup, first thing I thought of was the BDF........ :)
 
Had a dream of nuclear missiles falling from the sky destroying part of the city and as well as meteors falling from the sky in which 2 made direct impact by the car i was in. Called out to God as it made impact and it didn't blow up. Honestly believe we are close to something major happening never had a dream like that before.
