I'm pretty sure that this all comes to airing dirty laundry. Certainly one has enough forum acumen to figure out how to block someone without making a thread about it. Just my honest opinion.

If that were true this question wouldn't pop up regularly. People have problems figuring out many common things about this site, and so questions how to do them, not sure why this has to be any different.
