What about the children who die before the age of accountability (however one defines it) and thier parents are not believers?
Can you clarify "which is rebellious and DISFUNCTIONAL
Nothing cryptic please
Heb 1:13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
Heb 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
Mat 18:10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.
Mat 18:11 For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.
Angels are ministering spirits sent to all who shall inherit eternal life, and concerning the children not at the age of accountability,it states not an angel, but their angel, their angel do always behold the face of the Father for the little ones.
Which means that the children are protected spiritually, and the reason for that is because they are innocent.
Although we are considered sinners by God,we are born innocent with no attachment of sin to us.None, natta, zero,no sin attached to us when we are born.We are innocent of all charges.
Adam and Eve's sin does not come upon us,for each person will bear their own sin,and their sin has nothing to do with us,that is on them. The son shall not bear the sin of the father, and the father shall not bear the sin of the son,but each person will bear their own sin.
But when Adam and Eve ate from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, they now had a choice between good and evil, instead of only seeing good before they sinned, which it would of never entered their mind to sin unless an outside source tempted them, giving them another option, for with themselves they could only see good.
Satan tempted Eve with another option by convincing her she would be greater than her current state that God put her in,and Eve fell for it,then Eve was the outside source that tempted Adam that it was alright to eat the fruit, for she did not die,and Adam fell for it.
When Adam and Eve sinned, they no longer only seen good, but had a choice between good and evil,so all that is born of them has a choice between good and evil.
Adam and Eve were created knowing God,but all that came from them had a choice,so we are born sinners, because we are born not knowing God,and will do wrong before we live for God rightly,so everybody will sin before they know God.
So we are born innocent,no sin attached to us,but because we are born not knowing God,and have a choice between good and evil,we will do wrong before we know God.
Children under the age of accountability are innocent,no sin attached to them, and their angels always protect them spiritually,so it would seem if they died they would be saved.
And I believe that this means they are saved whether their parents are believers or not,for the same rule applies, they are not at the age of accountability,so no sin attached to them, and they have angels that protect them, and the condition of the parents cannot change that.
1Co 7:14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.
This would have to mean in a different sense than only children with believing parents would be with Jesus, for the condition of the parents cannot change that before the age of accountability they cannot be blamed for anything to condemn.
Maybe it means that they find favor with God that He operates in their life which is a benefit.
It cannot mean that only children not at accountability that has believing parents, even only one parent, and those children will be with Jesus, and the unbelieving parents children would be condemned, for the condition of the parents cannot change the fact that they are innocent, especially when everyone will bear their own sin,and the children are not blamed for the parents, and the parents are not blamed for the children.
