Lord I need a touch from Thee,
because I seem to rely too much on me.
Even if it involves what I don't want to hear,
help me live by faith and not by fear.

lol And you said you were jealous of my way of wording things beautifully, sweetie does the phrase short and sweet ring a bell? Because if it was possible for him this prayer would Give God diabetes:D

And ArtsieSteph, I can definitely understand the part of being jealous of Blain's beautifully woven words. But girl, Blain's right lol. No matter how he worded it. :p Perhaps you ought to keep writing poems if you haven't already? This is the first one I've read so...

The Fear of God,
Is the beginning of wisdom,
To acknowledge thy faults,
Tis a sign of maturity,
Tis a sign of humbleness,

To trust in the Lord in all thy ways,
Tis the best we can do,
For he who created us all,
Gives gifts and tallents abundantly,

This I say, From me to you,
From the wisdom, and experiance,
The Lord hath bestowed upon me,
Well done, Good and faithful servant.
