Hey there,

I don't quite understand why you would want to get "people's thoughts on Muslims". Like Arabian_Princess, I hope this is real too.

God helps those who help themselves. You have laws out there that help. You went in with the police and if your sister said everything was alright and if she's above the age of 21, then well, believe it or not, she wants to be in that relationship. Whether the man is controlling or not, she has had numerous opportunities to get out of it and she didn't. He could threaten her with all sorts of stuff but hey- you have restraining orders, etc and when the law gets involved, there's no way out for him. Your sister doesn't want out and you need to accept that. Praying for the death of a baby in the womb? Hmm.. I don't need to get to that one.

I pray that the Lord opens the eyes and hearts of everyone involved and that the Holy Spirit intercedes.

i used to believe that statement til it was pointed out to me that God helps those who realise they need help from Him and Him alone, man has been trying to help himself for centuries

I'm seriously surprised that only one person has commented on your death prayer for that baby. Even if the baby was born, you can't say they're better off dead. I'm really sad for your sister and I hope she gets out of her situation. Meanwhile, I'm extremely upset that people somehow made that statement roll off their backs. Of course, just my opinion.

Also....wth the greatest respect....everyone in other countries disagrees with me yet all english people are with me....hmmmm you sure you are christians!!! Maybe you too have hopes in gettin christians converted!!

I am sorry that things are not yet improved. I continue to pray for all in this.
This last year my son was in a toxic relationship. Through prayer he was delivered and is now safe. I understand the fear and saddness that grips your heart. I will keep praying as long as she needs.

I kinda agree with Maya.

Prayer is so powerful but ultimately for someone to change, they have to make up their minds to change. Also their family can stage an intervention but that person will still be in turmoil.

Honestly, I can't say you're in the right either, especially with this statement.

Yes, your sister got herself into a bad relationship, but it's hard having "sympathy" for you when you go about like this.

yep ok i could have said muslim rather than muslims i agree there...i have 2 muslim friends who i care for dearly i have nothing what so ever against muslims they are very kind people so i apologise for that....what i mean is that its a very scary religion cos they belive allah punishes whereas we say god loves us when he forgives!! Besides arabian what r u doing on a christian website!

Perhaps she wants to learn more about God/Christ and interaction between Christians, even if that's not her reason, Christ doesn't discriminate and we, being CHRISTians, shouldn't either.
