[Obama Feds Refused to Prosecute NASA Intern Caught With Child Porn by Clifford Cunningham | Infowars] "A federal attorney in California refused to prosecute a NASA intern who was caught with nearly 1000 images of child pornography on his computer, according to a Inspector General’s report obtained by The Daily Caller.

While the United States Attorney for the Northern District of California refused to prosecute Arthemuel Panes Hernaez, an intern with NASA, for downloading child pornography on his personal laptop while in the workplace, the reason for their refusal to prosecute Hernaez was redacted from a report provided by the office of the NASA Inspector General.

the article you quoted seems to be directly contradicted by the actual Daily Caller article it cites ...



Hernaez was arrested at a NASA facility on Jan. 14, 2015 – one month after federal investigators caught him downloading child porn. He subsequently pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography and was sentenced to four months in county jail and three years of probation and was ordered to pay $1,930 in fines and fees. Hernaez was also required to register as a sex offender.

how do you get "refused to prosecute" from being fined, sent to jail for 4 months, forced to register as a sex offender, and placed on 3 years probation?
but people tend to only listen to the things they want to hear. the district attorney for the state of California recommended prosecuting through the Santa Clara district attorney's office, and that's what happened.

in court apparently it was decided to show mercy rather than destroy the young mans future career ((is mercy upsetting?))

it may be noted that neither district attorney office involved in this is NASA. so... just a smear thread here, right?

On the contrary, I believe they would drink their own urine, But not on the ISS or in "Outer Space" or anything like that, that's just how low an opinion I have of all of them.

Is the thought of space and exploration beyond our atmosphere really that terrifying to you that you make threads nitpicking on non-issues because you cant wrap your mind around the concepts of nasa?
 
I noticed that they were 'Obama' Feds, not just your everyday variety. Its about time the Obama hate campaign was wound up.
 
Anyone who believes in fake moon landings and fema camp nonsense is honestly just not worth the time or effort.
