What is this world coming to? I just saw a segment on tv about a website called -----------...it is a site for people who want to cheat on their spouses.....Anybody else find this EXTREMELY disturbing??
I had to stop what I was doing and pray!

You've got to be kidding!!!!! I can't believe someone would be so low as to put a website up that promotes adultury
Well, On second thought; It should not surprise me. There are lots of web sites for anything imaginable. But it is very disturbing as you said.

What is really scary is what will kids think when they come across something like that??

I just found out yesterday there are house parties for people who want to contract AIDS -kinda like chicken pox parties, except perverse-, so I really don't think there is much out there that can surprise me anymore in the area of perversion. People need Jesus.

Yes.....people DO need Jesus.....and maybe a little common sense?? might be nice..........

Why am I the only one who knew this years ago? They've got dozens if not hundreds or thousands on the web solely for casual liasons or extra marital affairs. Have had for years. About the same time porn went up.

And who in their right mind would want AIDS? Most people try to avoid getting it religiously.

I knew about ---------- about a year ago when I heard a commercial for it on the radio. That's right, a commercial.

The way they presented themselves was that everyone loves their spouse, but sometimes not every spouse wants to get it on. Go ahead and try to meet other people who are looking for a wild romp (and only just that, because they're in commited relationships too.) They also did the "its perfectly natural to mate with others, we're wired that way" remark and the "you can be happy in your marriage because you'll be fulfilling yourself and not being miserable she's holding out" argument.

People can be sooooooooooo stupid.

Might want to reconsider the stations you listen to on the radio.

I found this difficult to believe so I had to Google it:

Bugchasing (or bug chasing) is a slang term for a subculture of individuals who allegedly pursue sex with HIV infected individuals in order to contract HIV. Bugchasers may seek HIV status for a variety of reasons.
Bugchasers seek sexual partners who are HIV positive for the purpose of having unprotected sex and seroconversion; giftgivers (also gift givers) are HIV positive individuals who comply with the bugchaser's efforts to become infected with HIV.

Apparently the risk of contracting an STD gives them great excitement.

Quest

i'm not surprised about whats on tv or the internet these days...our world is corrupted....try not to live in the worldly life....read scripture and worship and fellowship with friends

this type of activity..??...must be fueled by dark spirits...

as many many others are...

these souls do need redemption...

will they seek it???

we can hope and pray...

but the HOLY SPIRIT only tolerates blasphemy and abomination for so long...

The Rightous Hand of the almighty will get its JUSTICE

may the wicked seek mercy....and the righteous wait upon the justice of the LORD

time is running out...

evil has become rampant....in wayz ..that are more horrendous than some might suspect...

The sorrow that Jesus feels must be very disheartening indeed..
May His faithful continue to console Him with their love and gratitude..

It is common on the internet these days, there are websites allowing people to seek partners for all sorts of activities they wish to keep secret from their spouse, or sometimes a married couple can seek a third person, it is disturbing and not something I can understand.

During my very brief involvement with online dating I noticed a lot of websites offer users the choice to list their status as single, seperated or married, so the archaic idea of dating only while single seems to be passing off.

It's one of many reasons I don't listen to the radio and only watch TV for news coverage and the occasional film or documentary.

Yeah I heard about this on a talk show. She was talking about it..

All we need to do is pray and make sure that our hearts are right with God.

I'm more disturbed by the title of this thead than the content of it.
