portals, opening portals, is an occult practice. period. and you are right, God does not need us to open portals and there is nothing in scripture indicating we should practice or attempt to practice this

it sounds to me, regarding the scripture in Revelation you quote, that the demons currently bound cannot have access but they are granted access at the time of God's command. I'm not seeing that as a portal though, but it is definitely God that enacts the release of the creatures

see, again, going back to Revelation, they are GIVEN power. God gives them this power.

this portal business is not of God. can demons take on the form of being a godly spirit? well, the devil comes as an angel of light and yes dark beings can appear to be of God

I don't want to say more, but this portal thing is not of God

you are not an authority on all thing spiritual

do you think I don't inquire of God? seriously?

I believe you may have heard something, but I do not believe it was of God

you telling me to ask God indicates you believe you have superior knowledge of things OUTSIDE of scripture and if one just asks, they will get some kind of confirmation from a spirit

no thank you and I would warn all those practicing such things to get out of it while you can

did Jacob open up a portal or did God allow him to see something?

what about the shepherds in the field when Jesus was born? maybe the sheep were opening portals?

it's not Star Trek, so the movie is attempting a more science based plot. I liked it. but it is a movie...not fact! :)

I am actually intrigued by time and how God is eternal and knows all things in all tenses of our time and obviously we are very limited

i always figured this site was special to the idolaters because of the dream Jacob had there - i guess you could say they thought it was an interdimensional portal, and that became more important to them than the Living God and His house at Jerusalem.

Did you notice? That angel was given authority to open a specific portal....Not portals in general People open interdimensional portals all the time

Nothing I wrote speaks of anyone opening portals. It's declaring the Word by and in the power of Holy Spirit that brings Jesus to the scene. He opens up the heavens and He manifests.

This was given to me many years ago before the word portal ever became "popular" and I had to search to find the word in scripture.

I am not in agreement with any teaching to do this kind of thing. I said it's a key to the miraculous.

Also, the information about the temple site actually comes from the Temple Institute in Israel.

comprehension is a wonderful thing to seek after.

I certainly agree with you my friend...There are people who open portals today. Many of the "elite" do it on a regular basis. And they have been taught by the ones whom they contact in doing so. They've learned things too like ritual cannibalism, ritual child abuse. and ritual all sorts of other sickening things. As Christians I would hope we know better than to open portals, though we could do it too. It would be so stupid...As the person said. They cannot tell which portals lead to good. And which ones lead to spiritual death.

a key to the miraculous. that, is your interest right there and that is why you have these things happening. At all times, we follow Jesus, not signs, not 'the miraculous', not signs and wonders, not subjective experience and something or some spirit saying it is god so believe it

these are dangerous practices and I am well aware you will not even slightly consider that your personal revelations are not straight from heaven

god told me so it cannot be wrong is about the most subjective experience a person can accept as far as discernment goes. it's deception. personal experience does not trump the word of God. anyone who thinks it does, is deceived.

has God EVER instructed a person to open a portal?

portals are deep occult practices but y'all can continue to play around with them if you so desire

I don't have to defend what I am saying because scripture never once indicates we should open portals or close them for that matter.

it's like praying against supposed demons over cities. it's a fantasy and Christians are deceived.

you know, demons and the devil are so deceptive, that it cannot even be said that actual portals are opened

7seas, not badgering you, just want an calm discussion, but what are the the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places to you?
 
for the record, follow Jesus, don't be deceived and stay away from strange practices and do not listen to subjective voices that contradict the word of God

I don't need to defend what God is clear on

the Bible is available to anyone to read it, study it and believe it

stay away from occultic practices and behavior the Bible does not condone even if it is done by 1,000,000 people calling themselves Christian, if the Bible says no, then follow the Bible
