14) that you keep the commandment without stain or reproach until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15) which He will bring about at the proper time—He who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords, 16) who alone possesses immortality and dwells in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see. To Him be honor and eternal dominion! Amen.

There are only two other verses referring Jesus to "King of Kings" and those are in Revelation 17:14 and Revelation 19:16 . . . both are when he is at war with evil . . These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords and King of kings: . . And he has on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King of Kings, and Lord of Lords . . .
