Actually, Ralph bought my property.
He know's we can't compete with Blain, so he's gonna do a discoteque with go go girls, bring back the 60's and 70's.

Being a married man I won't be part of the new clientele. This sounds like Hooter's. There used to be a topless donut shop in Orlando that supposedly made a good apple fritter to go with your espresso.
