I don't lay traps for banning purposes either. I wouldn't know how.

But, you Stephen do think I bite ankles. Why?
Haahaahaa.....I almost fell outta my seat when I read that!

FranC: thanks for your input. I usually get wrapped around the axle a bit first before I see was a mess of my analysis has done. The correct answers are usually staring me in the face.

Blessings to you

In Christ, Always

No but if people watch Paul speaking if they can get through the video then they will understand the post, i think it was eye opening for myself...xox...
We should not try to convince people they MUST be saved (because they joined a church or they got water baptized or they went forward and prayed the sinner's prayer etc..) and will remain saved, no matter how evil they are (1 Corinthians 6:9-11; Galatians 5:19-21). There is a clear distinction between children of God and children of the devil (1 John 3:7-10).

are you saying people dont get saved when they get water baptised and accept Jesus into there lifes for the first time confess Jesus is lord open hearted...or are you saying God the father decides if your being sincere at baptism ?

I've heard others say that's how certain people have been banned. I used to post on a different Christian forum in which certain members there who did not agree with you and/or did not like you were obsessed with catching you breaking some type of rule so they can report you.

I at times had received infractions (get enough of them and you get banned) for silly things, like (you can't post a picture or a link to another website etc..). On that forum, it was okay to pervert the gospel all you want and to spread hate and malice, but God forbid you post a picture or a link to a different website!
I think that's the same one that banned me. First time ever! lol

Yeah if they don't have changed lives and hearts and minds that seek God and His will....then they should be told they probably aren't saved but are just deceiving themselves.

Faith in the true Gospel will cause death of the Old man and rebirth of a new person seeking God with their whole heart, mind and body by the leading of the Holy spirit.

Water baptism does not save people.

Well, probably. You put me on ignore. I was only posting what I believed to be truth and you said it was making you look bad. I don't understand that.

I like to discuss issues and reason together. Not really into insults.

Jesus keeps us saved...not works.
How do you reconcile this with.... JESUS Himself is saying the verses in John and Titus.

Ephesians 2:10 We are made for good works.

John 15:2 Every branch IN JESUS that does not bear fruit, the Father cuts away.

Titus 2:14 Jesus gave Himself for us, to redeem us of every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a pure people,
ZEALOUS for GOOD WORKS.

The way i see water baptism is the same as i see being saved granted.. i WRECOKON MOST PEOPLE WHO ACCEPT OR CALL OUT FOR GOD want to change there ways and not carry on in sin... i can only imagine that God the father would also like to seee change to as what is the point in saving you,,,, however for some there first born fruits will wither away which i hope sincerly nobody does but the bible does make reference that those born of the first fruits (being saved wait patiently for there salvation..

That is what happens after you are saved....not in order to be saved or to stay saved, but because when you breathe in God and His love.., you breathe out love and compassion for others....this is often shown by good works, which includes prayers, feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, visiting widows, orphans, prisoners, etc.

Doesnt happen automatically but upon maturity of one's faith unto agape love...,faith, virtue, knowledge, self control, perservance, brotherly kindness and then love...2 Peter 1 I believe.

Hi mailmandan. I totally agree with you...John 6:44 tells us clearly "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day. It is God only through His Grace that calls us to His beloved Son, it`s a desire He puts on our hearts, any church, person etc forcing people to get baptized, saved does not mean anything, it has to come from God, and God alone...xox...

I'm talking about sincerity. There are genuine believers who get water baptized, yet there are people that get water baptized who are not genuine believers, yet they believe by getting water baptized, they are saved anyway.
