I came to CC to maybe learn something, what I found was hatred and bitterness, not onlyy toward me but even amongst yourselves,

I witnessed innocent questions being posed, only for the asker to be ripped apart.

One thing that really stood out was, none of the haters ever read what people post,

They search for anything to pic and deride the asker.

I sought to share, what the Holy Spirit has shared, but few would even read the post.

I have been called names that should be offensive, but I find amusing.
After all my Daddy loves me.

the bible in the hands of unschooled children has been a weapon against the tru believvers.

I want to thank those who believe we are savedd by Grace and not of our own doing. Thank you also, for trying to understand, without insults. Remember Noah had to go it alone, Jesus had to go it alone, David was made fun of.

when they speak ill of you you are in good company

I pray Father that you would open the eyes of these folks heart.

To the professors of the word May God lead you out of captivity

to the Possesors of the word may He richly bless you in all your endeavors

Ahh another I'm leaving thread cause the enemy whipped me a new one, you really shouldn't let these things get you discouraged, Jesus got 100 times more of the one liners, bitterness, hatred then one can shake a stick at. surely we as people need to try and muster up at least 10 times the stuff, you don't have to reach the level of 100 times worse but we should be able to muster up some Acceptence to some degree, just view statements that seem annoying as children still learning pretty simple.

Does this ring true The Jordan river flowing as water from the spirit.

The priests with the ark step in and the water separates, the Law always stops the flow of the spirit.

One learns in the Bible Discussion Forum that people can be disrespectful. Some of us love discussing theology so much that we, to the best of our ability, ignore the disrespect and continue to witness.

I'm a driver too, I know how nice it is to talk to people when you get a chance. All you want is to be listened to, and maybe share something good. I understand how this negative feedback is completely disagreeable. I too have considered leaving. More than once, but I have to consider the one person who might profit from what I have to share. If this one person does not hear/read that share what might happen to him? I'll stay. Drive safe my friend. Rubber side down, and the shiny side up.

I'm a driver too, I know how nice it is to talk to people when you get a chance. All you want is to be listened to, and maybe share something good. Hi maverick.

It's true what you observed. Some Christians here can be mean and nasty. But it's also true there are kind and loving Christians here too. It just takes a little more time to meet them. I felt the same way you do and understand the disappointment and even the shock of how ready people were to argue. It really does take time to learn how to be on this site.
Willie is right we can learn a lot about others and also about ourselves by coming here. I hope you stay and this won't be your last post. God bless you in your travels in your truck maverick!! It's such a blessing to listen to Christian music and hear good Bible teaching on the CDs while driving my SUV so I know worship and driving can go hand in hand!

this may sound a little corny,
first though, after i posted this i asked the Father how many, would I need , who understand, He told me one, I appreciate all of you that have responded. There was one that sent a side note who turned the tide, now to corny,
Nothing anyone said offended me, as the person above said if only one person gets it it is well worth it,

The corny part is there some part of me that weeps for the hard people on this site, I truly want them to know the peace and Love that i have been freely given. My Savior and my friend Jesus Loves you all whether some sense it or not

in 1993 on the verge of suicide, this wonderful Jesus touched me, a small touch. I fought with his dad for the next 20 years, and then the Father revealed himself to me in a way that brought me peace in God, and peace with God,

all this was after I asked him to kill me and send me to hell, i was at my wits end, i coundn't never be what i thought he wanted, Holy and righteous so what was the point, kill me and get it over with. Later i found that he waits ever so patently for us to give up, With silken strands of Love he draws us.

I wrote a book, God's Eyes, due out early september, my wife made me do it
