certain 'teas' are truly a 'gift' from God...read your Bible and reap the rewards...
it should never be about 'taste' but about 'healing properties, which is of course Biblical...

I've been drinking them for a while, plus roiboos tea and caffeine free black tea.

I definately sleep better since I switched to them and I'm sure they help with certain
things.

I wondered how many others have tried herbal teas.

Here are some of my favourites, I usually have them with honey.

Really nice to sip if you have a cold.

This might not sound good, but it's really refreshing and surprising tasty.

Or are you a die hard coffee drinker. :)
Have you tried Oregano tea? Its wonderful. I use it to ease my breathing. I was asthmatic all my life until God healed me. My lungs are not all that strong now so I enjoy the stuff. I also love Lavender tea. Or Hibiscus tea

I still want my coffee though. A nice strong and mellow espresso blend. But not at the same time as the tea. LOL

I don't think I've heard of oregano tea. At least it's not one I've seen.

I tried a new one today, really nice, orange, ginger and vanilla.
I think it's going to be a good one for winter. It was nice and refreshing
but warming as well.

There is a lot of smoke from forest fires right now. That oregano tea really helps an old mans breathing at a time like now. The tea is found in your spice cupboard...1 tsp to four or six cups of water. Ginger tea is wonderful too. Just the ginger, steeped in water. Warming as you say.

it's just our lives, little-one', if you have the mate that Christ has chosen
for you, then it really only gets better in sooo many ways...
the Blessings are innumerable, and the 'kick' is, that we know for sure
that they are from our Saviour...and this includes, even through sickness
being grateful for whatever comes, after or before...

I am not a huge fan of tea or coffee, but I will take coffee over tea any day.

However, herbal teas are the only teas I have in my place. They are beneficial to you for your health.

So, kudos to you!

I agree with you. There is no way I'll get rid of my coffee. If I drink too much herbal tea it starts to seem like I'm drinking boiled grass.

But thats what they are mostly... have you tried lemon grass tea? Smells so good i'd overlook putting a sweetener coz it smells sweet and nice already. I like coffee but seldom get to drink it, and the other day i got a cup at 3 pm after quite a while... look who couldnt sleep for hours that night=).

Mar,
Hub and I have recently purchased an emulsifier? into which you add water and 'essential oils',
and this is for us, strickly for HEALTH purposes - the 'natural oils' are an amazing gift to us from Jesus
they've been here since day?...

it would be hard for many to believe what these 'oils', just by themselves can do just by rubbing them into,
pain areas or sore places or, etc...apart from the emuser. we're still in 'trial and error' about the BEST emulsifier,
but we are on our merry way, so that we can practice (((preventive-medicine)))...
THESE ARE GOD'S MEDICINES', seems like that they are calling out to our Spirits
so that we may rely on HIM and not the common prescribed, addictive, killing drugs...

don't worry, we have own doctor-addictive stories vs our own that Jesus gave us the power
to 'over-come'...oh yeah, like a lot of ya'll we've got our own asinine stories galore...
old though, but definitely not new'...
