Hello, my friends. So I have tried something yesterday and I wanted to share with you all and hear about your own tips and regimens when it comes to facial care.

I've been looking for natural ways to exfoliate and to replace my face mask with. I found something easy to make and it's only the first time I'm trying it but I have a feeling it's gonna work haha.

Face Mask: Yogurt, Honey, Lemon

So I mix the three ingredients and put them on my face to dry after cleansing. It feels refreshing and I'm gonna try it again sometime soon.

So, what about you guys, anything to share?

it surly is a good recipe for maintaining good skin health, always love all natural
as opposed to chems...I go organic when possible, the yogurt and honey being two
good examples,..also organic, coconut oil...we take 'KRILL', it's amazing for the skin...

TANKS, :)

pure, cold pressed argan oil is great for dry skin and hair. (topical!)

maybe only old folks need it, tho. lol

I use aloe vera gel as moisturizer and apple cider as toner and it works for me.

I found this one.

Avocado is rich in essential fatty acids, which will actually help moisturize
the area around your acne and rehydrate dry areas, which are often found
around the acne in the form of flaky skin. Avocado contains Vitamin E, biotin,
and essential fatty acids, which will all help fight damaging free radicals,
lighten acne scars and dark spots, heal dry skin and also keep skin hydrated
and moisturized. Combined with tea tree oil, this makes a wholesome acne
treatment solution.

Ingredients
• 1 – 2 drops of Tea Tree Oil
• ¼ of an Avocado

Directions
First chop your avocado into small chunks, place it in a bowl and mash
it as smoothly as possible with a fork or back of a spoon. Now add 1 – 2 drops
of your highly antimicrobial tea tree oil and mix it in thoroughly. Apply this
mixture onto your clean face and allow it to rest for 10 – 15 minutes. Wash
off with lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean towel.

try a banana, ripe ones are best, mash it up and apply
to face leave it on for a few minutes. It makes your
skin feel soft and plumper.

Oatmeal mixed with honey is a decent exfoliant, I think
you need to mix the oatmeal with just a little warm water to make a paste, then
add the honey.

Oh a trick to make your skin feel soft, this works I tried it in the past
(when we had a bath, we have a wet floor shower room now) just add a tablespoon
or two of dried powdered milk to your bath water. It makes the water feel silky
soft! There is a reason Cleopatra bathed in asses milk! It works. Lol
Add a few drops of gerianum oil to the bath water as well, or lavender, for
a scented silky soft calming bed time bath! :)

To exfoliate I mix a mild non soap facial wash with ground coffee or salt and massage it to my face. But before doing that I let my pores open first by having a facial steam bath. Boil water and cover your head with a towel while having that steam bath. Then after exfoliating rinse with cold water to close the pores. No need to spend a lot of money by going to the spa to exfoliate.
