This is exactly what is going on here, at least it is, in this thread.....

I would add, a very few might also be teachers or servant leaders held in very high regard and esteem at their local church, home church, small group, etc, because the small group leader or Pastor thinks they are the greatest....they and are never challenged on the doctrine they present and have status as spiritual superstar. They come here and are instantly challenged spiritually, intellectually and emotionally...Those who cry foul the hardest and say others do not walk in no love are the ones that probably fit this profile.....

The interesting things is that some of us in FT or even PT ministry that have been around for decades see this behavior all the time and what really makes these internet preachers upset is that...we can see right through them and their behavior...

just so

such as telling others to shut up and leave the thread, or saying if you don't go to church you should clam up

you don't know whether to laugh or cry it's so silly of them

This is being decietful, and false, where do people think they can just come in and tear a persons post up twist what he said, and think that is ok, hen claim t be a follower of God?

Grace said people are free to believe what they want, based on free will, But it does not mean they are correct in what they believe,

and here you you are trying to discredit him based on a false pretense,

you should be ashamed.

It's ok brother. Just let her be and let it go. All is well...:)..

I would say that anyone taught by Scripture is prompted by the Spirit, but then, you have called me names for conveying the Truth of God's Word.

Magenta if I have ever called you a name the accept my apologies. As for what you say I'm not gonna jump on the roundabout with you my dear..

Peace and Blessings.

you and some others here really should identify more with Christ and less with another human being

I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, first to the Jew, then to the Greek.
Romans 1:16

defending false teaching such as the words of Christ are not all for us today is not something to be ashamed of

the shame belongs to those who teach it, preach it and believe it

obviously you and I should not talk to each other

oh wait. I wasn't talking to you to begin with

you too may rail on until you feel justification. I have a big Jesus umbrella

you should be more worried about your actions, than what other people think right now

you just slandered a brother based on a false pretense of what he said, and now your doing like a select group f people like to do and blame shift, and ignoring the true issue, and denying you even did anything wrong.

even if you were right about grace77's gospel being false, which I Have yet to see you or anyone else lose prove after well over a year now of attacks prove, the fact you sinned against him destroys your ability to even talk about whether h is right or wrong, if nothing else it makes you look bad, and your message is lost because of the way your going at it,

somethng sadly many in CC and in the churches today can not feel r some odd reason understand.

I know it is well with you bro, but it needs called for what it is, if she repents, it is better for the room, if she keeps it up, she can join her buddies.

This is very important for all of us in the body of Christ to be watchful over as it can affect all of us if we are not careful.

Hebrews 12:15 (NASB)
[SUP]15 [/SUP] See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God; that no root of bitterness springing up causes trouble, and by it many be defiled;

Guard your heart brethren!

Then will spell it out for you. Unbelief-disobedience to the gospel truth. Brings the wrath of God on one.
All the lost are already under God's wrath and are disobedient to the Gospel:

And you were dead in the trespasses and sins in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience— among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind. -- Ephesians 2:1-3

Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. -- John 3:36.

Calling out false teachers is not practicing lost love, I agree. I absolutely agree there are many false teachers.

But, love is lost in all the division intentionally created by false teachers and Satan

I believe that false teachers, teach falsehoods, to sow discord among the true believers

Do I have an answer to this. No

All I know is, once the Roman church kept truth hidden away from the masses and they lived and breathed in darkness.

Perhaps today this is the cost of each person having a bible?
The alternative I hear from person's is that we return to being like the early church.

Wait. What?

We are already like the early church; full of divisions, heresies, false teachers, false brethren &c.

This is why Paul was onto the false teachers, exposing them. And Jesus. And Peter. And John. And James. And Jude. And etc.

So, some of us will carry on with that, to the chagrin of many, to the disdain and displeasure of many, just like in the early church era.

But, like Paul stated, if he were to please men he could not be Christ's servant, and that in the context of exposing false teachers and condemning their teachings (Galatians 1:8-10).

what is the difference between a heretic and a brother or sister who lack understanding on an issue BASED on misinterpretation?
That is a good question. To some, a seeker looking to lay hold of Truth has a different attitude than one who believes they are already in possession of it. We are all supposed to be convinced in our own minds, though :) There are a few things I wonder about, but as times goes on and I am exposed to various things, the picture becomes more clear to me. Early on I even wondered about the issue of Jesus Christ's divinity, being exposed to arguments both for and against. I did not belabor it, but over a period of time, the matter became settled in my mind. I now take that position in discussions with others. Why would I waver? It is fairly well explicitly stated in Scripture, in quite a number of ways :)

no doubt

this is real life LOL!

more real for some than others....:p

you know, about 12 yrs or so ago, I was part of a church (worship team, evening worship leader) and the Pastor of that church was truly a Pastor in the best sense of the word

however, one of his elders was a wolf (I hate saying that. I love wolves but never mind) the elder basically undermined the pastor and was the source of an unholy hush that would come on the congregation at times. it was so wicked you could hardly stand under it. the elder had been a mason and probably still either had connections or was affected by the spirits associated with masons

the Pastor was at his wit's end cause when the Holy Spirit would really move on the congregation, at times this heavy, sticky evil thing would appear and people could feel it

you have to know what you don't want to know in a case like that. the pastor never suspected but I knew and the mason knew I knew. that's another story

I have a pretty decent portfolio of church service and being on the inside of what goes down

it is often not a pretty sight

Who is the "them" who said this to you sister?
I'm beginning to think it must have been one of the people whose posts I just skip, because this does not sound like G7, me, EG, PennEd, SOF, NNMG or many others I have come to know here and I have not heard anyone say it to you.

I'm thinking one person must have said these things to you (and must be one whose posts I have learned to skip) and you are thinking everyone said them to you?

Was the elderly mason sowing discord? Like do you believe he was intentionally trying to bring darkness?

im just curious because I know some are led astray by wolves in sheep clothing... but wonder about wolves and if they are there knowing they serve not the GOD of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob through Faith in His Son and trying to disrupt those that do?

One of my mentors taught me that at times like this, you have to be the shepherd of the house and either restore or release the elder....I have done this myself only once.....The Bible says do not rebuke an elder, it does not say let evil continue from the elder...An evangelist friend of mine, once attempted to deliver a demon out of an elder right in the middle of service...he did not get stupid, emotional or anything...he felt the evil coming off the elder, walked up to him and whispered in the elders ear...do you like this thing or do you want it gone....the elder smiled very wickedly and my friend heard a voice say...oh we like him and he loves us and we are working well with him, to destroy this house...my friend whispered back in the elders ear...you can have him all you want demons, but you cannot and will not operate in this house of the Lord anymore, in the name of Jesus, go.....and do not ever return...the elder and his wife got up and left and never returned...turns out he was also a 33rd degree mason...

I see elder boards creating more power than the Pastor and that is simply wrong...The local Pastor is God's man for the house God places him in...elders by Biblical definition should not even be in the church.....They should preside and oversee the work of the local church...a great elder will train great pastors and that is because great elders should be former great pastors...
