yeah...it's a shame people got banned because of this...but hey, the fighting is now settled. I say we should be thankful that we won't be fighting over this. Yes, it was damaging to the site...but anything can be damaging really. Whether it is small or large, it's still damaging..and as I said I pray that we can all heal from it. And just remember to thank God for the good things that are happening, have happened and will happen.
 
I just praise God that the truth was revealed to us. I believe that some of us were praying for the truth, as I did, and I also prayed in faith for Haley09.

I think we should all continue prayer for this situation, for the person behind this whole thing, also for imoss and others who were hurt in this including the real family who probably feels like victims in all this. I can't imagine finding out someone stole pictures of me and knew my name pretending to be me so I think prayer for those people is a definite must. Most importantly I think we should continue to pray and Thank God for His provisions and for this site.

God is good! We may not understand this fully but I pray that this situations brings us all closer to God and therefore brings us closer to each other.
 
Yeah I am too. And that's what I was thinking. We should praise God that the truth has been revealed. Well, we should praise Him for everything really...even when it's hard to...

I cannot believe how shallow some people are. Everything is not ok. A sister in Christ has been greviously harmed and is emotionally devastated because of her obedience to the Holy Spirit. She has admitted her fault about some of her posts but was not given a hearing or a chance to aplogise or ask for forgiveness. There was no attewmpt at peacemaking that I can see. Now everyone wants to smell the roses and say that everything is fine.

I will admit that I am responding to this outside of the Spirit and in my flesh but as a pastor, I will always confront a wrong directly.

Excuse me, I'm not being shallow. I'm sorry I came across that way. I didn't say I was happy about imoss being banned. I was quite the opposite. And I DID NOT say everything was ok. I said at least we aren't fighting anymore (fighting over what is the truth and what is not) and now I'm taking that back. Excuse me, I think I need to leave. God Bless you.
 
Robo, thank you for resolving this matter, and letting the truth of the situation be known.

To everyone on CC, the net is a scary place, and just because this is a christian chat site doesnt mean it is not immune to the mental people out there. We should always be careful who we trust on the internet. You never ever know who is lying and who is telling the truth.

Just a reminder. In most situations involving a ban folks don't know the full story behind the given ban. Yet they'll make snap conclusions even though they don't know all the facts. Please be mindful about arriving to conclusions on these matters when you don't know all the facts. Speculating about bans on the board tends to escalate tensions instead of lowering tensions. So please don't speculate about imoss ban on the board. It's just going to escalate tensions.
 
well i dont think ppl on here shuld be calling ppl shallow. everyone has the rite to there own opinion. so for the person who said everyone was being shallow u shuld really rethink ur words. u say ur a pastor then u shuld be the one to no not to do that. so regardless if u agree with wut others say keep the name calling to ur self i mean after all this is a christian site. we r supposed to love everyone. not love there word but them. and mr pastor i dont think i ever heard God call ppl any kind of names in the bible maybe u shuld take a look at it. i no one of my really good friends is planning on leaving cuz of someone saying things that shuldnt be said, not cool!!! so maybe we all shuld just drop the whole subject and no longer dwell on this whole matter. that is all i have to say about this matter.

I hope i answer this correctly and if not please don't hesitate to correct me.

But MusicMiss, from what I understand who ever "deedster" is basically assumed the identity of Haley, who is a real person but has never been on this site and this was all just a big scheme for attention I suppose.

Anyway, the single mother i'm not sure if that is in regards to imoss or to Haley's mom.

again if i'm wrong please don't hesitate to correct me.

Is it not against the website policy to be logging in under someone else's account? I mean, it may not be. But I would think that it ought to be. I certainly wouldn't want someone - sister or no - to be logging in under my chat name.

We have plenty already to deal with.

She did not choose to leave cc but was banned because of her posts. I think we all need to keep her in our prayers.

I agree with this. I am broken hearted to see Imoss go. I mean, she wasn't perfect here, she let her emotions get the best of her a couple of times, but who doesn't? I certainly have!

What I understand Christianity to be, is a Jesus who loves us unconditionally - if we trust Him - so that we need not fear being cut off every-time we mess up.

Imoss brought so much good to so many people at CC.

I do hope we can put this behind us and move on ! this issue has been solved .. let lets move on .. so ppl can use this thread prayer forum to post needs. after all its what its for ...
 
This whole thread just saddens me......people hoaxed, people attacked back and forth, and Imoss banned......it's all just..sad and wrong too. I realize there are probably posts that have been deleted?? and things we may not all of us know about, as to why decisions were made, but it just seems ..well I will still pray that maybe in time, something can be done and Imoss may return.....She is passionate, and can come on strong, but always with good intentions I beleive.

Seeing as how you have been in contact with Imoss since all of this has happened, Lighthousejohn......can you tell her that nanabean is praying for her, and would love to know if there is a chance that she could somehow get/stay in touch with her?? I would gladly private message you or someone else we both know with my e-mail or my yahoo IM......I am truly sickened by all this..I witnessed a hoax some time ago, it sours everyone and makes trust into an issue. sad.......
 
ok i dont have a clue what happened (havent been on CC for a while so i didnt heard about any of this) but i dont think that anyone should be called a mental case etc cause that isnt right and is very unchristian, christians have a thing with judging wayyyyyy to much its horribe instead of helping eachother me bash eachother down does God want us to do that NO. the only one who can judge is God not us. if i offend anyone by saying that im not sorry cause its what i believe in and if people cant accept me for my faith in God and viewpoints i dont care. God has created me the way i am so i thank him for that. So i just wanna challenge everyone to leave this behind them and start over and start a fresh cause God is an awesome God :D
