I try and fight against being an emotional eater. I'd like to say that I eat the same things when I'm having a terrible day as I do when I'm having a normal one, but my typical past response has been fast food or a pizza in the oven or the like. I was talking about this with someone else, that there are so many places to be comforted in. I could eat, I could veg out on youtube or play videogames or read a book or whatever. I want to switch to where the place I run to first is the Word and God.
