When I was younger I was a completely different person and have had a lot of tattoo work done. Some people condemn me because of this ink and say it goes against God. I would tell them the bible says to decorate your temple and this body is my spirits temple. In Deuteronomy 14:2 it is written that there should be no mark on the body of symbols or names of different gods. In Timothy it is implied that the body should not be a source of drawn attention. So, should one feel ashamed for tattoos? Does this ink label someone and that can never change?
Tattoo smattoo. All have sinned, and come short of the glory of God,and if you offend in the least of the law,you offend in all,for a little leaven leavens the whole lump.
Everybody was a sinner before they came to God,and they stole, and fornicated, and such things, which their conscience testifies it was wrong, but a tattoo, and someone does not know God that might not be so clear to understand do not mark the body.
Tattoos are not the mark of the beast, for the mark has to do with technology to be able to keep track of the world's citizens in an attempt to cut down on crime, for the mark will be linked to satellite, and if a crime happens they will know who was in the location, and how near they were to the crime scene, and can find lost people, and be used for buying and selling, and the mark will contain all information about them that will pop up on computer.
It is the mark of the beast because the world cut God out of the picture, not acknowledging no higher power, and trying to solve their problems on earth, and have peace by their own methods, which they fail miserably, and God puts them down.
All sin can be forgiven, and once you are saved, and all sins forgiven, then those sins do not apply in your life anymore.
But tattoos are pretty minor compared to what some people did,and you can even have occult tattoos, and turn from the occult, and be saved, for it is in your heart that matters,so if it is in your heart to change, then the tattoo means nothing.
