Sovereign citizens are the same nut jobs that believe the earth is flat, vaccines are evil, the illuminati exist, and the United States government perpetrated the 9/11 attack.

All the sovereign citizen rights and the under lay of law that protects it is all true. All started from a book that was leaked and misunderstood information being passed on. What they dont realize is its a very long process which includes denouncing your citizenship and giving up your ID, and isolating yourself to tribal land. You can avoid civil citations but you would not be able to drive in a car in the first place.

Absolutely false, wrong, untrue. All persons are subject to the law of the land they are on.

Some of these sovereign citizens are legit mentally ill, but most of them are trying to run a scam because they have suspended licenses, just like that international drivers license nonsense.

Giving up your citizenship means you no longer are bound to the laws of that land. Usually non citizens are not allowed on American soil unless they have a visa. I will discuss any details of their ideology if you can name any. But I am not motivated to dive into this topic considering its based on false information anyway.

You are bound to the laws of that land until you leave that land. Also, you will remain liable for any judgements or court orders that occur up until the point that you leave regardless of your current citizen status.

The problem with sovereign citizens is if they make 1 mistake it will highly likely cost them their freedom.

showing 1 video and laughing at someone who hasn't done it right is hardly topic done.

Stop The Pirates: History of Trusts does a decent job explain trust law history, cestui que vie trusts and the papal bulls that the vatican has ownership of your soul. how the crown has implimented admirality law on the citizens of the civil world. It woud be of benefit to get a grasp of this to understand how you are treated by the police and the courts.

Where did you get your law degree? I would guess you found it in a cracker jack box, or you get your legal advice from you 14 year old cousin.

While this is true, "sovereign citizen" more describes someone with severe mental illness, or a person who wishes to subvert the governments lawful authority.

I'm not sure how they do it but the likes of the mountain man and Santos bonacci have successfully navigate the court system.

Only if that nation allows the united states to persecute you. They have to get permission. Thats why criminals are often deported instead to noncooperating nations. This is why international law was established, so people just cant run around causing mayhem. Anyway its a long story nobody understands and not worth going into. The point is they do exist, the native americans are an example of them. The kids are just confusing what they are saying.
