Yes.I am well aware of how much the music industry has gone down hill in the last 15 years or so.And the masses lap it up.Just looked up a song by "The chainsmokers"this evening ....it is a mainstream song with a very illuminati feel to it but is very catchy.It has about 800 million views.judgement day is going to be very interesting ....when we get to see what was really going on behind closed doors - that's for sure!

Forgive me for my impatience with this movement, but I came out of pentecostalism and it left me with a residue of confusion and even now when I seek a scriptural answer from fellow believers , I often get an answer based on personal experience rather than the Word.I just cant take the movement seriously is all.No harm intended.
We need to be ever mindful that when tribulations and buffeting cross our paths that it is orchestrated by the god of this world. Before we are saved we are in fellowship with the world after we receive Christ we are now on a winning team. Where before our thoughts and actions were in concert with the world we are now at cross purposes.
When someone cuts you off in traffic do not become angry with them but consider that they may need Christ. See everyone as a soul in need of salvation instead of someone who is causing you grief. Have mercy on those who are as yet without Christ.

i think as often greater insight can be found in things like this by looking at what some others said James particularly has good insight to complete unerstanding in pauls letters. this shows how thos spiritual forces work in us here

lust is a spiritual force of evil, and really is the source of all kinds of sin not only sexual Lust but things Like greed, pride, adultery, covetousness ect..... In our minds there is wrong Knowledge, wrong Knowledge leads to wrong desires, wrong deisres Lead to wrong actions. if we fill up with the truth of Jesus Word, it too goes into Our Minds to combat the lies in our Mind, the wrong Knowledge, so the right Knowledge, Leads to right desires, and true desires lead to right actions.
when we say spirit were not talking about Like on tv a transparrent entity, But like if you say " I did this in the spirit of Brotherly Love" theres a certain spirit attatched to all things. something Like for instance pornography, has a spirit of Lust in it, we can take that into Our Mind and the spirit comes with it and becomes an issue. or something Like a horror Movie, that brings a spirit of fear into Our Minds. or say some satanic music when we spend time taking that in, it comes with a spirit.
the same is true Of Gods Word, there is a spirit in the Word of Jesus Christ, as you take it in there is a spirit that comes into the Mind. if you spend enough time studying a subject, Knowledge grows and fills more space inside the realm of thought you find your thoughts changing and conforming to the Knowledge you keep within your Mind. where as if you spend time on wrong Knowledge those to conform your Mind towards them.
if a teenager for instance watches porn, or violence ect alot, it will create in them the desires to do the things they are watching so much, sort of perverts the mind from innocence to evil. when I myself think of How the spirit works in us it comes back to the Word of God because it is the vehicle for God to get into Our Minds and Hearts. the first thing a person has to do is Hear the Word before we can accept it. spirit affects us both Gods Spirit and the spirit in the World of corruption

It's irrelevant when I came out of it.All I know is that I was not chatechized properly and therefore was not prepared for a big, dangerous and confusing world with a wicked enemy targeting me.I believe ( hope) that those in charge of my spiritual welfare will be held accountable for all the confusion I underwent and for me not being adequately armed with the full counsel of God at a very crucial time in my younger life.
You should prepare yourself to forgive them in the event that God should peradventure recovered them out of the snares of the devil they are in. I know that I need His help to forgive my enemies that are not asking for forgiveness from me but I lean on Him to forgive them per the chance that Jesus will deliver them and forgive them to have them seated at the Supper table with me when the Bridegroom comes for the abiding bride of Christ at the pre trib rapture event.
In the Old Testament, where God's laws were obeyed physically, David killed his tens of thousands. But in the New Testament, where God's laws are obeyed spiritually, we kill by having ourselves and others die to themselves in order to live for God. Thus our killing today is to "make diciples of all nations."
So since our war is not with flesh and blood, like David's was, our war is with false doctrines, bad rules, bad principles. For example, we know abortion is murder, so we have to fight against that law or mindset. We know belief alone saves no one, so we have to fight against false sense of salvation to give people real salvation.
So what it means is its no longer a physical war, it is now a spiritual war.

The KJV version mentions unicorns and dragons, and occasionally, satyrs. I like unicorns and fairies, have gotten rid of the dragons. Are unicorns and fairies considered 'occultic' I want to write Christian fantasy stories, maybe novels, with spiritual war fare, the heroine and heroes go to fantasy worlds and preach the gospel to the people in different places of the past or future or imagination, There is very little magic, the magic is mostly done by bad guys. There will be plenty of scripture and prayer. Deeds of kindness, mercy to enemies, love, innocent fun, telling/reading of Bible stories to those who don't know them, especially children, artistic pursuits, praising God, will be in my stories. I also draw and paint, there will be illustration.

Being an artist myself , I hear where you are coming from.I appreciate the work of Tolkien and C.S.Lewis who were peers at Oxford University and both wrote fantstasy novels.
However, I take the hard line with these issues.In my humble opinion it is better for children to know the Word inside out than to believe in Santa Claus and the Tooth fairy ....and the times we are living in don't warrant anything else.However, it is a matter of personal conviction and I encourage you to do your own research and seek the Lord in these matters.All the best!

Well, I belong to a non-denominational church with pentacostal leanings...lol when I 1st heard that I was confused but in reality my church is a grace based gospel church. We baptize in the Holy Spirit, some speak in tongues, some have other gifts as well. I say this so you have an idea where I am coming from and because I like to be as open and clear as possible. I was also an addict and alcoholic and criminal until Jesus saved me when I was 40. (almost 8 years ago).
I believe those verses remind us that there are indeed dark forces at work to hinder us from spreading the gospel of Jesus. While they can never take my salvation they can work in concert with my flesh to keep me from leading others to Christ by using the weaknesses in my flesh like anger and pride to conceal the love Jesus has shown me. When I am operating in the light of the truth I am exhibiting fruits of the Spirit for all to see however when I allow my flesh to run the show I am walking in darkness and those fruits stay hidden.
Make no mistake, satan is real and he wants only to kill, steal and destroy. But he is not God, he is not all knowing and he only has whatever power we allow him to have. When Jesus was tempted in the wilderness He used scripture to battle the devil. When I am tempted I do the same. However, on days when I am very worn out I can rely on God's will to keep me sober and sane because I try to turn my will over to Him as much as I can.

One last thing, when you have questions like that pray and ask the Holy Spirit to help give you understanding then read the bible. This sounds cheesy but I have found it to be a great blessing.

I had thought about writing stories like that too like in the times before the flood type of scenario, but that was before He helped me to see that the sons of God were of the godly lineage of Seth from which the nation of Israel had sprung from.
There is some indication that unicorns is just another reference to the rhino. See at 1:12 in video.

Dragons could be applied to dinosaurs like in Psalm 148:7 AND since the behemoth as described in Job 40 had a tail like a cedar which is a tree. Even the leviathan can refer to a sea creature of the dinosaur family as the dragon in the sea ( Isaiah 27:1 ) BUT it can be applied to the devil in Revelation.
Satyrs that dance? Hmm....Greek word has it defined by Strong's concordance as a he goat or a faun. It could be wrong, but Isaiah 13:21 & Isaiah 34:14 reference it living among the wild beasts and the owl in that place that it can cry to his fellow and dance as well... which I am sure it is not referring to a dance by two legged creature such as us, but four legged creature can dance too when being playful.
Unless spelled differently, I see no result in a search engine at Bible Gateway for fairies in the KJV.
I had been playing with the idea of what the world was like before the flood where the people of our time & world somehow gets transports there and think it is another world because of the technological advancement, the one huge land mass, and the moon being faceless, but soon they discovered that they are on earth before the flood and Noah just entered the ark and closed the door too.
Kind of like a christian sci fi horror movie where I believe all the recorded impact of craters on earth and on the moon happened at the time of the flood that helped created the flood. You have the moon slowly moving away from the earth which maybe at the time of impacts, it started it to move it away. Then the moon governs the rising of the tide that the gravitational pull of it moving away affected the rising of the tide dramatically.
Then the mist that was covering the earth rose up to condense into the formation of rain clouds and rained for the first time on the earth.
The many impacts on the earth would send dusts into the air, causing earthquakes and creating super volcanoes even, as it would break up the continents in causing them to shifts and move and collide and create magma and thus the many volcanoes. These many impact can force the waters in the deep to arise forming the mid- Atlantic Ridge which adds to the global flood that water marks has been noted on mountaintops. The waters receded into that great chasm off the coast of China where now scientists discovered huge ocean near the core of the earth.
Over time, in the days of Peleg in the Bible, the land that makes up the Atlantic Ocean, sunk, dividing the one land mass, as I am sure huge tsunamis wiped out a lot of the coastlines and beyond.
Anyway, that is how I see the calamity as happening in this fictional movie.
One could say that because of technological advancement, they may be more advanced before that flood to which how and why every thought of man was wicked; they may had a holodeck. They may had moon bases. There may be blood feuds and wars that make our wars look like a pillow fight. I cannot imagine that in how bad that war can be but God saw it fit to put an end to that unrepenting world.
I had even played with the idea of having a teenage boy from a modern family going to school through a path in the woods daily to come out into the past like a Little House on the Prairie kind of thing. Eventually, the boy gets in trouble with his parents who insists he has not been going to school and so when they take him to the modern school where he was supposed to go, he suddenly realizes that he has been going to a school that existed in the past when he sees the picture of it hanging in the office of the principle. There is an a lot of stories that can come out of it that it could be a TV series.

As regards what the "principlilties and powers" are, these are the evil angels that Satan has appointed over countries and large cities, it is they who are the real rulers behind human governments, kings, presidents, prime ministers, dictators etc, hence why Paul tells us to pray for such in 1Tim 2v1-8, see also Dan 10, Rev 12v7-12.
