Now with that said what am I suppose to do just yank away Christmas from my 2 children that feels like a horrible thing to do

It's an opportunity on this night to reveal the Gospel.
Our church puts on an alternative party on the night.
We have tracts we give out with the goody bags we give out.
It's not limited to the church.
Every house should do it as well.

It's more like taking back a night God made. It never belonged to Satan.
I feel the same way about the world. It is God's. He made it, and he told us to possess it. Most Christians are content to aslo give that to Satan

No, only for about 5 years now. We celebrate Christmas on Dec. 25th. It really doesn't matter to us when Christ was born, though I do think Sept. 11th is shown in Scripture.

I really don't know. Maybe 'cause I enjoy home-made Christmas treats. I started my Christmas shopping today. For me this is an early start. People buy stuff and give stuff and that keeps the economy going. It's not a bad thing. Oh yeah, I think that it's the birthday of Jesus on that day. The thing about Christmas is that it's not just a day but a season for as long as you have the Christmas spirit whatever that is.
Sort of like Christmas too. I'm down with the candy part, preferably home-made.
