Hi nice to talk to a new sister
IAm having a hard time working this site
If IAm reading this site right , your on the other side of the world
Only in miles not in Spirit Bless God. Is 66 years old and be saved for over 35 years by The blood of the Lamb our Lord JesusThe Christ
How old are you and how long have you been a Believer
I'm 17 . I've been a believer since I was younger.
I didn't know the differences between catholicism and Christianity so I've followed both without realizing it.
For example , I didn't go to Church too much, because I believed, and believe, you don't have to go to Church for being near and praying/talking to/with God. I also questioned why Mary was more praised than God/Jesus. And I recently found out.
So, I don't know how to put this in simple terms.
Sometimes, I used to doubt about His existence, but I never lost faith in Him and I never believed to unbelievers.
Hope I fully answered your questions.
You DON'T need to go to church to be near God, or pray and talk to Him. Who told you that? I refuse to go to any of the churches here, because some have the gay pride flag/ colors displayed on their front doors and windows. :/
Catholic churches state it and some old religious books of my elementary school, stated it.
But thanks God, my parents and I understood it alone. God is everywhere and you don't have to go to Church for be near to Him.
The fact that Churches approved gay marriage, unsettled me as well.
But after I have come to know that Catholicism =\= Christianity, I'm more serene about it. I still think it's definitely not okay, at all. And, if I can afford, an offence to God.
In Italy, they still don't have the right to, though.
Thank the Lord for your conversion sisted! I have several Catholic friends and I argue with them sometimes. They just dont understand the first and second commandment. As you know in the catholic church or at least most the second commandment is diferent
About you and your friends relationship, too bad! I pray for them so that they take the right path.
I never read a Bible generally, but I would like to! A Christian one.
Someone here made me see that there is an online version too, but you must pay for it with a credit card . So I think it's better and easier if I try to find one somewhere .
And of course, I'm aware of it! I'm aware of the differences between the two. I don't specifically know every differences, just few, but I know the commandments are different.
Also, Catholicism is just religion,Christianity is also, and especially, a relationship.
Still, thank for informing me sister.
