My friend and her kids are here as well as my mother coming over. We are having the traditional all day christmas breakfast with herring, rakfisk, salads, lefse, porkribs, sausages, sylte (pork meat traditionally from the head that is pressed together and has been in a spicy liquid), mustard, cheeses, liver pate...... and cakes! Loads of them.

How old is the oldest "must have" christmas decoration you have?

I bought my mother some cosmetics and and a duvet cover and pillow case. My father is dead. And she was here for both Christmas eve and christmasday.
