I do not think I look my age which I believe genetics has a lot to do with it,for if you have family history of living in to their 90's then you might look kind of young in your 50's.
My grandpa and grandma was about 98 years old,and my grandma's brother was 104 years old,on my dad's side,and they live quite long on my mom's side,and they do not have any heart problems,or any other problems that I know of.
My sister has lupus but she has a different mother,and I told her do not worry about that lupus for dad's side of the family genes will keep that lupus in check lol.
People think I look 35 years old,but I also eat good,and drink at least 90 ounces of water a day,and exercise,so that helps,and take real good care of my face.
I think a woman's skin would be better without the make up,for will that damage the skin in the long run.
