But, they didn't die. Death began a process in their humanity. In dying you will die.
It makes more sense to me because man doesn't pass on spiritual death to all mankind. But, we do pass weaknesses on to generations.
I believe every baby receives Spirit from God but cannot say at conception or first breath.
