"Woe unto us! who shall deliver us out of the hand of these mighty Gods? these are the Gods that smote the Egyptians with all the plagues in the wilderness."
1 Sam 4:8, KJV
The above is a quote of the Philistines.

Note that Dino246 claimed that the Holy Bible changed what he rationalized Nebuchadnezzar actually said.
And now you present the proof that when the Holy Bible presents a quote it is not tamperetampered
And note that the Holy Bible presents historical events truthfully as expected of legal testaments.

And now, I hope you will hold to your word and stop using the KJV.

No, I do not hope. When the KJV does it, it will be somehow all right.
Again the truth comes out that showed your real intent is to dissuade people from believing the testimony of the Holy Bible.

The Holy Bible says that the words of Jesus are spirit and life, and that his words shall never pass away.
That Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Do the above truths agree with the stated unbelief of modern bible scholars that say they believe that God's words have been changed and so they are going to help God find his words?

4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

I guess we cannot truly live for the Lord because we do not have every word that God has said. Why did God give us His word and not preserve every word for us today to live by? So sad...

Please, PLEASE show me any kind of quote, or even indication that the translators of one of the newer versions thought that God's words had changed...

You make so many astoundingly false accusations... does fabrication of lies come naturally to you, or do you have to work at it?

Good grief, your blind translation worship amazes me.

and, how do you KNOW that you have EVERY word that God spoke? You do realize the KJV (and all others) were translated from Greek texts, right? And that Greek texts don't even use punctuation, and that many Greek words cannot be translated into English, and.... well, hopefully you get the picture.

God did not hand down the KJV like the tablets He gave Moses.... The KJV is a translation. A good translation, but certainly no better than some of the newer, more accurate ones.

But we've gone 'round this mulberry bush many times before....

You do know that God promised to preserve His words for all generations? You do know that our God can preserve His words in any language He chooses and those words would be the holy, pure words of God without error? Do you believe this is possible with out God? And you do know that several passages throughout the bible are translation themselves even in the "originals"?

Trofimus said to me....I hope you...will stop using the KJV.

The modern bibles are not scripture and the Holy Ghost doesn't honor them. And no their isn't any cult of kjvonlyism. Its a strawman accusation designed to put blame on anyone opposing the lies and false doctrines promoted by use if the corruption found in modern bibles.

I'm going to tell you straight because that's what God has asked me to do.

It's sad, actually. I will pray that God opens your eyes.

The Holy Spirit does not deny his own word. You are now claiming "Thus Saith The Lord" falsely. That is very serious indeed.

Actually, He did not.

But let us play your game. Where were His words preserved before 1611? You said "for all generations".

You seem to be too upset, you are throwing too many sharp words and hard accusations to every side.

Maybe, just maybe, you should take day or two off and do something else than discussions.

The overwhelming majority of Bible manuscripts existent throughout history have been the text found in Antioch. They have always been available in some form, either in copies of the original Greek, or the old Latin of 150 AD, (NOT to be confused with Jerome's corrupt "Vulgate") or the Syrian Peshetto of 157 AD.

It has always been preserved.

This is clear evidence of a double standard. Your cognitive dissonance is quite sad.

Syrian Peshitta and Old Latin Vulgate is not the same text that is in the KJV, so either God's word changed and was different in various times or you got into logical inconsitency, when two different texts are both preserved.

God has given us his holy scriptures in the Holy Bible.
I know that whenever the Holy Ghost teaches me he uses the Holy Bible to establish truth.
And I know that whenever corruption of is presented as if a quote of scripture the quote comes out of a modern bible.

And what will you get by comparing it to KJV?

KJV is not a standard to which all other translations must be compared. Greek is the standard.
You get the truth from the Holy Bible.
I have yet to get any of you Greek translators to present a truth that isn't already present in the Holy Bible in English.

Exactly. Context. So,you KJVO guys must not use the text in Daniel. Because - who said that? A pagan king.

The same thing, but double standard, as always.
The book of Daniel quoted a heathen king that confessed that Daniel proved that all his astrologers and magicians were fakers.

A heathen king that saw the Son of God walking in a furnace of fire. A king that wasn't obeyed and yet no son of the gods came to his rescue.
The niv translation rationalization about Nebuchadnezzar conveniently ignores the effect Daniel, and the palpable miracles the king consistently and personally witnessed had on him.
Which effect is testified to in the same book.
The niv fruitcake translation is a boldface lie. And corrupt bible lovers that like fruitcake can't admit its a lie of the Devil in their silly bible.
And that inability to admit truth that is staring you folks in the face is proof to all readers that the modern bibles are shams.

How dramatic you sound, go home, close the door and cry a river. God isn't going to defend your phony bibles.
