Your question is rather vague.
Do you mean a marriage of two people living in different countries? If that's what you're asking I'd guess no. Temptation to cheat would be enormous as eventual loneliness sets in. Lack of physical contact puts a strain on things.
If a relationship is long distance with the intention of one eventually moving, that can be done. But if neither move then it won't work.

i mean two people of different race meeting here and agree to marry because i need a wife of another race.
non of the above can live whit my wife any country we chose to it is just a choice and i want it.
It would depend on the type of man and race that a woman is seeking. It is best to have God chose a future spouse of the race and nationality that He choses. It might even be your own. Agreeing to marry someone can be a very involved process with many factors involved besides race and nationality.

But in my opinion: Marraige is a sacred union that should not handled carelessly. So, going online (even if it is a Christian site) should not be a prioritized option.
