And Good Morning Everybody! Am onto my second cuppa and thinking about all the lovely posts here lately. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – I do appreciate each and every one of you, and know that you all were prayed into my life. Lamingtons - a cake species native to Oz
cubes of sponge cake cut in half and given a thin spread of cream
and jam - then put back together
next step they are rolled in a chocolate sauce and finally coated
with desiccated coconut.
Viola!! Such sophistication. We beat the French in this.
