When I was 59, I tried it again even though I had no symptoms but gall stones did come out.

They are pliable.
the procedure.
eat no fat for breakfast or lunch.
Mix 5 teaspoons of Epson salts with 5 cups of water.
drink 1 cup at 2 pm, 1 cup at 5 pm and 1 cup at 8 pm
you won't feel hungry for supper because you will feel nauseous.
The nausea is manageable. I didn't get sick.
at 9:30 pm, get ready for bed.
drink a quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil interspersed with the juice from a raw grapefruit.
The grapefruit juice makes the olive oil more liquid and easier to absorb.
You might be able to use flax oil or primrose oil or even butter but the procedure calls for extra virgin olive oil which is more pure than Pure Olive Oil. I used Pure Olive Oil when I was thirty and it made me feel more nauseous than when I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil when I was 59.
The Epson Salts open up the bile ducts.
Not eating fat for breakfast and lunch lets the body store the bile so after the bile ducts are opened, the bile will flush out the stones when the oil is consumed.
Go to be immediately. Lay on your right side which is the side where your gall bladder is.

The next 24 hours are spent passing gall stones.
You will feel less nauseous as the day continues.
