Biscotti are not soft like scones, which are dense but doughy.

Biscotti they are made for dunking, I think, cuz they are dry and crunchy.

Biscotti means ‘twice-cooked’ in English. They come in a multitude of flavor choices :)​

So, the weather here is rainy and icky. At least we didn't get the freezing mix that the weather channel predicted. I HATE rain. :(

The ducks are enjoying it, though.. LOL
