I don’t want to derail the thread but just so you would knowI was looking at the line where you had said that one of the most powerful statements In the bible Is JESUS wept.
I see what you mean when you say that the body Is also affected but I would say It In a different way and say that your body shows what can be seen by men.

Jesus suffered and died upon the cross and people who did not know Him assumed he was a sinner and deserving of his fate,
even Jesus disciples asked why a man was born blind: was it due to his sin or his parents?
Jesus said it was neither.
We can see someone suffering physically but that is not always a reflection of their sin....like Jesus they may be enduring pain because of our sins.
Cancer would be a prime example. Or kids dying from leukemia due to the Atomic bomb. Or people who lost limbs due to landmines.
Suffering is due to sin, but not always our own sins.
Yet we look to the day when Jesus returns to establish the New Heaven and New Earth and we are given resurrected bodies. Until that day we walk one right and faithful step at a time with our Savior as our guide.
