You kept saying 70AD was when Jesus returned in the spirit world. If I am wrong correct what you claim about Jesus returning. I put this against Isaiah claiming the Messiah will rule from Mt. Zion in Jerusalem. Also Jesus claiming that he will return with the whole earth seeing Him and mourning. I have posted those verses several times. You push the full pretorist concept that everything is in the spirit world. This is contrary to the scriptures I posted. Where am I wrong about what you posted.
I know what your mouth and lips say. I know what you have said about me. What I asked for was something more than your mouth to support your accusation that I said Jesus came back in 70 AD.

You kept saying 70AD was when Jesus returned in the spirit world.
Since your mouth says I "kept saying" you should have no trouble showing me a post where I said it. I already asked you to show the very least in decency and honesty and show me a post. But so far nothing, only your mouth.

Where am I wrong about what you posted
Show me the post Endo. You also claim to be a electronics and software engineer. If this is true you should have no trouble copying and pasting a post in which I said or even suggested Jesus came back in 70 AD.

Please don't deflect and stall any longer. Just show me the Post you claim I made.

Yes it would seem that the KISS method is what is needed in the Christian message
Psalm 2v12, Kiss the 'Son lest he be angry and you perish from the way, 'when his wrath is kindled but a little. 'Blessed are all who put their trust in him.
ROFL
Good one.

I ask for correction and you rant hatred refusing to tell me what you believe. Go take a long walk on a short pier and cool off.

Searching a thread is easy but searching the site isn't. I tried!!

The reason you can't find the quote is because I never said it. I don't believe in such foolishness. You made it up. It isn't true, it is a falsehood, a total BS story. Neither you, nor anyone else, will ever be able to find where I said or believe Jesus came back in 70AD spiritually or otherwise, because I don't believe this baloney, I never have.

A lie is still a lie Endo. Just because it is you telling it, doesn't make it the truth, even if you think it does.

I don't know where you got your BS regarding my belief. It wasn't from anything I ever posted.

Instead of just making crap up about people, why don't you just ask people what they believe? Isn't that the "Christian" thing to do?

On the OP once more........

If we truly meditate on the two laws of Love we find all of the laws contained therein,.

If you need specifics, pray when you read the law and you will know which constitute and build to love FOR jESUS
Christ HAS ELABORATED IT to us in His teaching....yes He has.

Yes, ridicule, laughing, insulting, that is one option. But there are others. You might also actually consider the Post and explain why you agree or disagree.

I asked "Shouldn't God be the one that defines how to Love Him, and How to Love others." Shouldn't God be the one that defines Love to begin with?

Rather than laughing and ridiculing, you might consider actually answering what seems like a simple question? And then discussing what "GOD" says His Love is. How GOD says to Love Him. How God says to Love others.

How can I misunderstand you if you refuse to answer the question to begin with.
How about you try to understand what Said first. You do not reply to a persons post and then make demands when it is obvious you had no idea what the person said to begin with,

again go back, read what i sad and try again, if you seem like you understand then i will reply. Until then i am not going to continue to play games with someone who refuses to try to understand what is being said.

Option B, EG. :)

We definitely obey because we are saved. Not the other way. That would be impossible any way, as you know.

First, we could never be good enough, even if we did keep all the commandments on the outside. On the inside, however, it's a different story. There are those evil thoughts that just pop in unprovoked. For me, they do, anyway. Ugh!

Secondly, a natural (or carnal) man has no understanding of spiritual matters; so to him, it'd be like, "What commandments?" Nor would he have the Spirit in him to prick him in the heart to be obedient.

Thanks! :)
amen, our obedience comes as a result of salvation, and by the power of God, so lack of obedince would prove a person is not saved, not that they lost said salvation.

Actually it gets worse than just 'questioning the Commandments....they positively reject and deny them....and that from SUPPOSED christians !

Who?

And people wonder why no one wants a thing to do with christians, hey lie about others, and then screem obedience, hence becoming hypicrites, who do not share the love of christ.

If you people refuse to try to understand the argument, then you should just keep quiet.

Yes, if we love we will obey he law

so focus on love, not the law. (Ie stop focus on self) And you will be fine

continue to focus on self, and you will be in trouble

I had a conversation with a lady who I had not seen in a while yesterday. the lady suddenly got very sick last ( bad reaction to meds. ), and it got life-threating. now, she says she is about 90% recovered , and most of the conversation was her giving glory and praise to God for her healing, and how many ( me included ) were praying for her, and how prayer works.

then, I come on here and see " you are deceived by religious traditions " , " you have to keep the law/ Sabbath to be saved"....

the joy I felt in legitimate gratefulness and praise to God, contrasted with the anger at the crap I see on here , I see what many are saying- this forum is poison to the soul.

Easier said than done I know but do not let it get to you.

You state you have not said it and do not believe it.

The onus is not on you.

I am amazed people think God will be happy for how good they are, When if they really looked, they would see how sinful they are, those who truely understand Gods grace and law are people like your friend, who praise god for good in her life inspite of the evil,

these modern day pharisees are just as blind as the old pharisee’s who crucified christ, they talk a good talk, but thats it, sadly it will never not buy them one second in heaven. And they can’t see it,

Perhaps there are those that find it more enjoyable to simply speculate on what people believe or disbeliever to boost their opinion of themselves.

I'm not sure the motivation. I believe that many religious people don't really care about an understanding which is different than theirs. For instance Jesus showed His belief through scripture and works. But because His understanding was different than theirs, (Mainstream Preachers of His time) they didn't consider Him. Those that listened to Him and questioned Him, there was a discussion. The rest just called Him names and told falsehoods about His teaching.

Is it for self exaltation? Pride? Or maybe they are deflecting to keep their true belief in the dark.

Surely an interesting, if not an uncomfortable discussion to have.

What would you say is the biggest common denominator?

Pride or love or fear?

I think you confuse "understanding" someone's preaching, with "Agreeing" with someone's preaching. I understand your religion all to well. I just don't agree with it and have posted my reasons why.

Endo, is telling others something I said which I didn't say. He isn't disagreeing or misunderstanding, he is attributing something to me which never happened.

When you make the accusation of lying you imply deliberate falsehood. You still didn't state what you believe about the pretorist view. Why? I admit to being a fallible person. You seem to want to accuse me of deliberate falsehood even though I asked for you to tell me and the board to state your beliefs on this issue. Why do you refuse to do this??

That is a great question.

The problem with trying to answer, in my opinion, is knowing or understanding the meanings of these 3 words.

If we "SEEK" to understand and let God's Word define them, how He intends these words to be defined, that is a good and worthwhile "work" IMO.

If we don't, then we are left with many human understandings and definitions and will talk in circles achieving nothing.

I have sought to understand God's (Word which became Flesh) definition of these words. In this endeavor I have discovered a couple of things. God knows more that me. God's ways are perfect, my ways are not. God's Words are "FOR ME" not against me.

So I trust Him and His Words, including His definition. Here is the quick version of what I found.

Pride = Refusal to be corrected.

Love= Honor and Respect.

Fear= Conscience understanding of life and death and who gives it and takes it away.

I believe Love for God is the beginning. When we make up our mind that His Ways are better than ours. That His Word's are truer than ours. When we give up on our own righteousness, and our own logic, and honor and respect Him enough to obey Him even when we don't understand the Command, like Abraham did. That is Love as defined by God's Word.

It has been my experience that when we do this, when we "Seek Ye First the Kingdom of God and HIS Righteousness" and accept what we find even if the religious world around us don't, that is when our journey or "race" starts.

Without this "Love", we will be ruled by Pride and there will be no "Fear" before our eyes.

The Word which became Flesh tells us:

Jer. 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
10 I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

This is truth for all of us, but many don't really believe the Word which became Flesh. They choose instead the religious doctrines and traditions of the land. The first human we deceive is our self.

I believe "Love" as God defines it, is the answer.
