brisk walks help a lot with mental illness...sometimes its a chemical imbalance, which I think comes from not enough nutrients or mineral ...because my uncle started taking magnesium and his mind cleared up to normal. I seriously think its how we eat. start gardening your food. I know my mom who is 90 , ate fresh mustard and kale and didn't need reading glasses until she was in her 80's.....check out youtube and type in the search window for organic gardening...they tell you how to do everything. good luck...praise the Lord out loud that helps a lot, ...study ..not read..but study the bible...a good way to do is ...take a column read it then sum it up at the top of the page ( use a bible you don't mind writing in )
