Correction..,,accepted Jesus summer after high school before fall semester in college.....perfection still eludes me, (sigh)
My wife has a great testimony. After we met before we were married she told me she was seeing reflections the "Cross of Jesu" everywhere. It literally turned her head and thoughts to Jesus.

I told her lets go talk to your Thai Christian friend at a local Church near home. And A year later we were both baptize and now this is our church family home.

The pastor of our church is Thai-American, his mom is Thai and now she and my wife are best friends....:)

That is a misguided statement, what Christian on earth, would not have one work, even if that was praying in the quiet of his room. You are conflating works and salvation. It is either saved by grace alone, or grace plus works. Your trying to have your cake and eat it too, you cannot do that.
Grace or works not both.
It is either saved by grace alone, or grace plus works.
If you believe we are saved by grace alone then you are accepting universal reconciliation. Is this the case or is there more then "grace alone" to your theology?

jesus was not born again, wow, i mean really,?

to be born again jesus would first have to be dead, he was never dead (in sin)

he was baptised for the same reason areon and his sons were baptized by moses in the jordan river, to reveal to Isreal they were set apart by God to be priests of God, in Jesus case, our one nigh priest and redeemer, as he sacrificed himself.

you need to study more my friend
Jesus commanded us to be born of the water and of the spirit. He followed his own command at the Jordan river.

equating OSAS to universalism is completely twisting their point out of view...

It will be revealed what works i did, when. My works are tried by fire, if my worked endured i will recieve good silver or precious stone

if it does not, it will be burnt as wood hey or stubble, but even then i will still be saved even as through,

your works will be considere bloddy rags, because your doing them to save yourself,

me, i am doing them to serve god. Because I AM SAVE
D.
I was just responding to your statement that good works will not cover 1 sin. You were wrong according to Peter.
All the other stuff you brought up was fluff.

Explain, since I never mentioned OSAS. Truthtalk stated that we are saved by grace alone, this is the center plank of Universal Reconciliation.

the bible. and we are one body.
You are delusional if you think we are 1 body. In fact, I suggest if you had a conference and invited all churches to come and iron out their beliefs, I believe before the conference was over there could be bloodshed.

I knew what you meant......and that Army and Marines both had a little different time in country......
The Marines are always first to confront the enemy, a Marine can be your best Friend or your worst nightmare.

Please never forget our troops! I won't

The Battle of Khe Sanh

The Battle of Khe Sanh began on January 21, 1968, when forces from the People’s Army of North Vietnam (PAVN) carried out a massive artillery bombardment on the U.S. Marine garrison at Khe Sanh, located in South Vietnam near the border with Laos. For the next 77 days, U.S. Marines and their South Vietnamese allies fought off an intense siege of the garrison, one of the longest and bloodiest battles of the Vietnam War.

Your first error is in bolded....the second...two cannot walk together unless agreed....you teach a vanilla twist gospel that is not truthful and or correct man....to even imply that Jesus was not born a son of God until immersion is as false and blasphemous as it comes.....
I never said such a doctrine, don't call me blsphemous as you throw that word quite often to people who disagree with you.

Romans 12:5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another....

The Body of Christ
11 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, who apportions them to each one as He determines. 12The body is a unit, though it is comprised of many parts. And although its parts are many, they all form one body. So it is with Christ. 13For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, slave or free, and we were all given one Spirit to drink.…

You Ben have it wrong , not wanderer...

There is a Marine Pastor at a Baptist Church in the mountains of Northern Thailand near Chiang Mai, near my wifes home. I use to ride my little honda putt putt to this church for Sunday morning service. The Pastor, younger than me was from Ohio and began his mission to the Thai people after retiring from Ford inc. We got along fine from the very beggining, "no attidudes."

My theology is not correct according to you. According to about 1/2 of Christendom though, it is correct. So we are not 1 body today, we are a separated body according to our beliefs. I have a feeling you would jetison all Christians that do not believe with 100% of what you believe. You would have to jetison the RC, most eastern Christians, and lots of western Christians, not even thinking about Mormon Christians, or SDA Christians or One Lord Christians etc., etc., etc. That is a major down side. But to the upside, what was left would then be one body, at least for a month or two.

Benhur, to think water baptism is required for salvation is not scriptural. the mikvah did little to help the Jews, what do you think water will help you.

baptism is of the heart, then the obedience is a outward showing of what God has already accomplished in you.
The great commission was to teach and baptize. I do not think Jesus would use his last words to his disciples on wasted information that did not mean anything to his gospel.

No ,but if your right about water baptism she will be in hell, iether you haveto be baptized or not,

but your not right so it does not matter,
If you have every chance to be water baptized, that is one thing. If you have not every chance to be water baptized that is another. If your sister did not have the chance to be water baptized, God will take care of her in his own way.

The Church is not One Body, in your mind

Yes the Christian Church is One, "One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism." Eph.4:5. God will unite the true Church the Body of Christ and we will all meet together at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

2Peter2:9

"The Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials and to hold the unrighteous for punishment on the day of judgment."
When the Marriage Supper of the Lamb takes place, I agree we will be one body. Not now. This forum testifies of that.
When you yourself tells another Christian they are wrong, do you think that statement signifies oneness? Of course not.

The great commission was to teach and baptize. I do not think Jesus would use his last words to his disciples on wasted information that did not mean anything to his gospel.
The Great Commission
18Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. 19Therefore go and make disciples of allnations, baptizing them in the name of theFather, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit,20and teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”…

907 baptízō – properly, "submerge" (Souter); hence, baptize, to immerse (literally, "dip under"). 907 (baptízō) implies submersion ("immersion"), in contrast to 472 /antéxomai("sprinkle").
b. with prepositions; aa. εἰς, to mark the element into which the immersion is made: εἰςτόνΙορδάνην, Mark 1:9. to mark the end: εἰςμετάνοιαν, to bind one to repentance, Matthew 3:11; εἰςτόἸωάννουβάπτισμα, to bind to the duties imposed by John's baptism, Acts 19:3 (cf. Winer's Grammar, 397 (371)); εἰςὄνοματίνος, to profess the name (see ὄνομα, 2) of one whose follower we become, Matthew 28:19

the referance in the GC was to immerse them into Christ, and the Father, not water..... this actually points more toward a baptism of the HG.
