I filled the dishwasher and emptied it when it was done. Also, fed Tango and Sugar this morning, cleaned their kitty litter pans, took out the trash and just got back from the grocery store. It has been a typical day so far. I am a firm believer in the importance of accomplishing constructive tasks, however small or trivial they may seem. To be a success you get there one small task at a time. I woke up this morning feeling like crap, head was throbbing and my back was sore and stiff but once I got started in the day I felt much better. I am surmising that you accomplished more than one constructive thing today besides doing the dishes. :)

Yes, I took out my trash too and also just sold a pack of 15 washcloth (WHITE ones, ick) for $10.. lol

Depending on how much cleaning I have to do, I can either do it in 1 day or over the span of 3 days. Like, mopping all 3 floors is too much for my back to handle in one day, so I just sweep and mop the kitchen and bathroom floors, and save the biggest floor for the following day... They take FOREVER to dry.. lol

You are doing the best with the cards that you were dealt. Perhaps one day God will deal you a new hand. Me too because there are days that I just want to fold 'em.

Who in their right cotton pickin' mind would want a clear see-through plastic shower curtain?!! That's just like, INVITING a psycho killer to stab you in the shower. No wonder Rockwell thought that somebody was always watching him..

I wanna fold 'em for good. LOL... I'm sooo ready for my new body. I can do cartwheels again, and hang from tree branches again, scramble up and down hills with no problem. I vaguely remember being able to do all that when I was a kid..

If you live alone, what difference does it make? A clear curtain lets in more light ;)

Yeah, it's been awhile for me too. There are days that I feel like an old derelict whose ship sailed years ago. Thank God for Advil, it's advanced medicine for pain. Actually, the stuff is practically worthless but aspirins usually take the edge off the pain.

Anybody know how to get rid of chronic black mold in kitchen/bathroom sinks and pipes?
I found this solution online :)

Pour 1/2 cup of baking soda in the drain and follow this with 1/2 cup of vinegar, then cover the drain for about 10 minutes to confine the foam to the pipe. Rinse with a gallon of hot water to which you've added 1/2 cup of salt. The water can be boiling hot if you have metal pipes; if they are plastic, use hot tap water to avoid damaging them.

BURP..

"Scuse me.. the Tang made me do it...

Tang is what the astronauts imbibe. I drank that stuff years ago, horrible. I did a lot of Kool-Aid too but don't care for that either. Used to make popsicles out of that stuff. Those weren't too bad but not quite on par with a real Popsicle. Cherry flavor is the best 'cause it's red.
