Soo I just finished saving a gazillion emoji sites to my speed dial.. lol

It rained wicked hard here not too long ago. Even the ducks took cover.. lol

Gonna go to Walmart tomorrow to see if I can find another fan. The one I bought last week is missing a vital piece. Hopefully they have at least one blue one left in stock..

To anyone who disagreed with my post about the theft thing....

There was a case here several years ago regarding a charity organization that took people's donated cars in order to help the poor....

The guys hired to tow the cars from the owner's driveways to the organization's headquarters were caught selling them instead and keeping the proceeds. Guess what happened to them...... Yep.. Jail time!!
My comment below is not legal advice:
There is a difference between the two examples. Based on what criminal justice professors, retired police officers, and retired lawyers have told me, there was a mistake in your last post. I am not a lawyer though, so I cannot give legal advice. This is why I am being very vague and avoiding giving any advice on the legality of it or about the law you posted.

Looks like you don't have much luck with blue fans from Walmart. Perhaps one of another color such as turquoise or chartreuse might work better and last a little longer.

I’d say what they did constitutes embezzlement. In this case that’s most likely a felony that carries a prison term.

However, in Blue’s case, the ownership of the shoes wasn’t necessarily obvious to the woman taking them. In a court of law the case would most likely be dismissed, maybe even by the prosecutor before it was even filed...lol.

What can I say … my name has been usurped and cashed in on
I guess it's the down side of being famous - others want to ride on your coat-tails
I need to pursue the issue of royalties though
