*Are you a hugger or a non-hugger? Why?

I am a hugger indeed! My parents always hugged and hugged us kids just leaving the house even. So hugging was a automatic. My wife had not had that experience in her cultural background with her parents so it was a interesting transition when I first got married. But, yes a hugger still today and a romantic as well. Did you hear that Karen? LOL...:).
LOL Yes Dan I hear you :giggle:

We can't have fellowship and Church without singing and worship Praise His Name! I have heard Him call my name! I hear Him calling your name! I have heard the song that we sing - I hear the call to take me off the shore into His grace! Make us Brave Lord - Make us Yours Lord! Make us to love one another rightly so I pray! Crash over us I pray - for You are for us not against us! You make us brave and call us out from the shore to the waves - let us share in Your sufferings for Your purposes and intentions and give us Your grace as we do so in a love relationship with You! We love You Lord! I praise You God! I am Yours Almighty Father - I am Yours! Take me! Make me! and use me to exhaustion once again this day! For I delight in Your will. It is well with me Lord!

Amen and Amen!

*How often do you get a haircut? Describe your worst haircut.

About once every 1.5 months - My father used to cut our hair as a kid. He would give me a crew cut which was a nice word for military easy cut. I loved it as a kid, but I hate it looking back as an adult. But what can I say? It saved my parents money with four siblings so God Bless them I loved them dearly.

*What’s the story behind a time when you got locked out?

I was coming home as a high-school kid after being a bad boy and partying and we had been drinking something other than water - I went to my parents front door where I was living at the time - duh - and as my friend departed out of the driveway I noticed my keys were not in my pocket any longer. I was so unwatered that I couldn't even figure out what to do to get in so I slept on the backyard. I was freezing I remember, and it wasn't even light yet when I looked up and saw my Dad hovering about my presence - needless to say I bonded with my Dad that day whether I was willing or not. But today, I am reminded of how that really did bond us in the long run of transparency and willingness to help one another thru discipline. Trust me - I was disciplined. LOL

LOL...:).

*Are you more likely to engage in conflict or meet it head on?

Meet it head-on. To be honest I say this simply because of what the Lord has given me. I was even well trained in my divorce she asked for, because she would lie about me and I learned to not fight the right and wrong answers but rather to fight to stand in victory spiritually instead facing it head-on in Christ in peace over time. God changed my Character during those days immensely, and I feel now nothing can knock me off center in Christ if I lasted thru that.

*Are you a leader or a follower? How do you know?

I am both to be honest. I can follow and I can lead. I have had a godly mentor coach in my life in my church and a earthen father who I looked up to and followed because he was a godly man as was my grandfather as well. I respectfully followed their lead in my life - but there are times I can take the reigns as well and lead as God affords such opportunities for me to do so. If I were to sit behind only one decision over the other, for the sake of a interesting conversation here, I would say Leader. And the reason is God has made me an excellent follower first and gave me purpose behind what His will would be in me being a leader of sorts for His name sake.
I finally know her name. I entered it in my CC notations. I'm a hugger too but only for mom and my wife Darlene.

*How often do you get a haircut? Describe your worst haircut.
I usually cut my own hair, a couple times a month. When I was about 8 my brother and I got a crew cut. Mom had a fit, she said "don't ever do that again."

*What’s the story behind a time when you got locked out?
The last time when we moved into the new house: I took out the dogs and the door went shut. I could not turn the knob with no keys. I broke a small window to get in.

*Have you ever been left anywhere by a parent, or a group you were with and what went through your mind when you realized you were left behind?
One time we were travelling through New Mexico and I went into a store. They forgot I was in there and they came back. I figured they would.

*When was the last time you sat on a park bench for more than ten minutes? Describe the occasion.
I haven't done that in years. The last time must have been around 1990 in San Francisco. I used to eat my lunch on a bench near Civic Center.

*Are you a hugger or a non-hugger? Why?
My family never did. When I married the first time, they were huggers and kissers. I just went right along. I figured it doesn't hurt to show our love.

*Are you more likely to engage in conflict or meet it head on?
I am not sure of the difference. It seems to engage is to meet it head on. I never shied away from conflict, I just dive in.

*Are you a leader or a follower? How do you know?
I could never bring myself to follow, I was always a loner. Occasionally I had a sidekick, my best friend. He always followed.

Hello! 😎 Here's the thought for today....

God's love is so big that it took 66 books to bring it to our awareness. His love is so powerful that He became flesh to demonstrate it to us. His love is so strong that He sacrificed Himself to share it with us.

Love y'all! Bye for now. 😊❤

How many fans do you already have and of those, how many are blue?
I have 2 blue desktop fans, I'm using one and the other is a back up for when this one dies. Then I've got a big square box fan, and I'm getting a back up for that one today. Then I have 2 small 4-inch fans, but I'm not using those right now.. And they're all blue.. lol

*How often do you get a haircut? Describe your worst haircut.

Not very often but I try to go with the seasons. Long in winter and short in summer. My worst haircut was when my mum cut it short like a boys hair, I eventually learnt how to style it.

*What’s the story behind a time when you got locked out?

Hmmm, probs when I got locked outta my car, but luckily I had a spare key, nothing interesting to say LOL.

*Have you ever been left anywhere by a parent, or a group you were with and
what went through your mind when you realized you were left behind?

Neeeeop. 😂

*When was the last time you sat on a park bench for more than ten minutes? Describe the occasion.

Watching my neice play on the playground, it was a beautiful day and a treasured moment 💕

*Are you a hugger or a non-hugger? Why?

#HuggerAllTheWay Why? Because errrrybody deserves to be hugged 🤗

*Are you more likely to engage in conflict or meet it head on?

Depends on the situation. I can do both.

*Are you a leader or a follower? How do you know?

Both! I have a couple of people in my life that I can say have influenced and encouraged me to be the woman I am today, including my mumzy :) so in that sense, I would be follower. I can also say that I am blessed to be a leader, whether it be with my friends, colleagues, my younger siblings, my Youth group or Devotion groups. I know these things because I believe God has used me numerous times to be a leader of something or someone.

I think everyone can be a bit of both but ultimately for me, I like to say that I’m a FOLLOWER OF CHRIST
☺️
