Go ahead and tell us you do not sin. I dare you to tell us that lie.
Read the bible. Learn the truth. The wages of sin is death.

No one sins in Christ. It's not about us...it's about what Jesus accomplished on the cross and His resurrection. You think that nothing has changed. Then you deny Christ.

What kind of forum is this? Look at the dislikes for the truth. Your confusion here is complete. And you seem to be in the majority. truly sound doctrine is not tolerated on this forum. When the rich young ruler asked Jesus what he must do to inherit eternal life Jesus said...

16 And someone came to Him and said, “Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may obtain eternal life?” 17 And He said to him, “Why are you asking Me about what is good? There is only One who is good; but if you wish to enter into life, keep the commandments.”

Now that's what the bible says Jesus said...

But you don't like the answer.
Are you saying that JESUS was not talking about the Ten Commandments?

I see......James was wrong. Faith without works CAN save. Got it.

Strawman.

If James is saying what you are claiming, than he and Paul contradict each other.

Paul said, "Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ." (Galatians 2:16)

And, of course: "By grace we are saved through faith, and not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Do....you....still...sin?

Yes or no.

Are you saying that JESUS was not talking about the Ten Commandments?

Jesus was boiling down the law and the prophets into 2 MAIN commandments. The first is to love God...this one, if obeyed, brings glory. The 2nd one is to love other. This commandment saves you if you do it.

So the Christian is not just called to salvation (loving others) but ALSO to enter into glory with Christ (the love from above).

There were 2 tablets for the 10 commandments. One the first tablet were the 4 holiness commandments. And on the 2nd the 6 righteousness commandments. But they ALL fulfilled by ONE new commandment...to love AS JESUS LOVES. :)

Do....you....still...sin?

Yes or no.

Only when I am not abiding in Christ. Otherwise I walk as He walked...by the Spirit. When a person (even you) is FILLED with the Spirit...then there is no more ROOM for sin. Living water flowing out our bellies leaves no sin. Being cleansed by the blood of Christ (His life) leaves no trace of sin...no spot or wrinkle.

How many times do I have to say it?
To break one point of the Law is to break the Law.
And yet their are those who are pushing we can pick and choose.
We are no longer under the Law as given to Israel.
We are follow the commands of Jesus, not the Law as given to Israel with its animal sacrifices, stoning to death offenders, keeping the Sabbath and the hundreds of other ordinances.
Those who try to be justified in GOD's sight by keeping the law of Moses are in constant violation of the law and living in continual sin.

Can we all agree that we are to love as Jesus loved? Doing that fulfills the law and the prophets.

The real issue is with the power of Christ. Many here deny the power of the blood of Christ. The blood of Jesus cleanses from ALL sin...yet many here deny this as if their lie was the truth.

No, you're still confused if you think that sinning is a witness of Christ.
You really have a problem with reading comprehension don't you.
I have never said nor have I even suggested that sinning is a witness of Christ.
You are the one claiming sinless perfection.
John said that if we say we have no sin we call God a liar.
I strive every day to overcome temptation and do God's will.
I fully understand that from time to time I sin. Always will as long as my spirit lives in this flesh.
It hurts when this happens. It tears me up because I have failed my Savior.
I ask and receive His forgiveness.
But unlike some, I do not call God a liar by saying I never sin.

The purpose of grace is to DO the commandments
I agree with this IF you are talking about conditional sanctification but If you are talking about salvation then you would be In error.

When they asked JESUS what must they DO to work the works of GOD,JESUS told them that the works of GOD Is to believe.

John also said...

9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

Do you still believe John? Do you believe the bible speaks the truth? Or not?

You have to decide whether you will agree with the truth.

How many people here actually read the bible...pray to God...seek the Lord...I mean really? Most here seem to be brainwashed by false pulpeteers who preach for money. The itching ears who say not to lift a finger will mock at the truth. But we are each responsible for the lies we believe and speak to others.

One can not love as Jesus loved without knowing GOD (your so-called power commandments)

Not they who say Lord Lord..I trust you I trust you....vain talkers who won't lift a finger to obey the Lord.

Mat. 7:21“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

Sure...but what's you point? The power commandments? All power comes from the Lord. It is not my power....but Christ's. Know Christ know power. No Christ NO power.

He said that to someone who was under the old covenant. Christ also told the man that if he wanted to be perfect to follow him, not Moses.

Paul said he would show us a better way...love. Is Paul under the old covenant in your view?

I have no idea what you're trying to say. There seems to be an epidemic of people trying to make points by asking questions. It rarely works.
