Another night of no sleep and temptation(when I lay down my body gets aroused, keeping me awake and throwing my mind in the gutter of sinful thoughts) due to uncomfortable conditions(I don't understand at all no matter what I do,unless I am exhausted I won't go to sleep at night 11 pm-4am) it gets me wondering am I destined to be a nocturnal Christian sleeping during the day and being awake at night?
Could this actually be a "good thing"?

My prayers will include you for the strength that can only come from Jesus.....meanwhile, you keep blessing others with your posting.

Have you tried watching a movie at night or reading? If you get a daytime job, it will force you to become diurnal. I’m kind of nocturnal on my vacations and summer. When school is in session, I’ll go back to my regular routine.

You can watch movies on youtube. I don’t know if you like old movies, but I have seen many old movies and documentaries on youtube.

Whatever floats your boat. I’ve got a Bogie and Bacall on, now. It’s good to take my mind off things. I like Film Noir.

Was that English you were posting???
Yes, everything except “Film Noir”.

Do yourself a favor and watch a film starring Humphrey Bogart, one of the best actors, ever.

Actually screens can disrupt sleep with blue light. Using a laptop or phone with a blue light filter would help if you're going to try and fall asleep with it on.
You'll just need to make sure you find one that actually blocks the blue light and not just adds orange.
F.lux, for example.
