Many people would say they got saved and lost their salvation, since they believed for a while. But consider they have no root.

Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. Colossians 2:7

Yes, Christ is the root. So this group remained unsaved. God bless

There shall come a shoot from the root of Jesse.

Jesus is the shoot or the branch. A branch is a nazar in Hebrew in the Word.

It is prophesied Jesus would be called the branch.

He was from Nazareth and calle a Nazar or a Nazarite.

I like that the shoot comes from the root of Jesse,the father of David (beloved) because Jesse is Yeshi in Hebrew and it means My Redeemer.
