Question for the pro Saturday individuals:

do you believe the souls of those who don’t practice this are in danger? I’m just wondering. Not looking to debate.
NO but we must not forsake the gathering of the saints. we meet every other Saturday at my house for praise and worship and I attend a bible study on Thursdays when possible.
Honestly the day of worship was changed from saturday to sunday for sort of the same reason that leap year was as the centurys past the weekly weather patterns changed and sundays became the most unpleasn't day of the week to work outdoors. The romans figured this out and made sunday the day of rest rather than the traditional sabbath. The Solar and lunar cycles became out of sinc. Most people worked outside and they'd rather take sundays off than saturdays. I all it amounted to. The Roman church went along with it because it got more people into church, which was their franchise by then. More coins in the coffers.

Historically it changed to the first day of the week because the Pharisees drove the early Christians from the outer court of the temple when the endeavored to meet there on the Sabbath. I suspect the early Christians were effectively witnessing to the Jews entering for Sabbath service about Christ so they drove them out.

But you have no right to lead people astray.
You have no right to state your opinion as fact which you continue to do.
You are no better that those you condemn when you do that.
Yes it does upset me when I see people teach lies and opinions as truth.
Why don't you start every post with the words "IN MY OPINION"?
Okay IMO, I state mine just as everyone else does. You don't have to read my comments. Sorry if you are offended.

Do you think that Jesus will except all of these different denominations as his bride. That bride is full of spot and wrinkles. The Body of Christ are all under the same spirit. Can you explain how that is going to work. No matter what you think of me it is what it is. Sometimes the truth hurts. Especially when it goes against something that you have grown up believing.
You have not read commemted to many of my posts..youre just repeating yourself over and over...stubbornedd

This is my opinion. You don't have to believe it. Why get so upset. If I lead someone astray, I'll have to answer for it.
..why get so upset? CAUSE YOURE LEADING SOMEONE ASTRAY..AND OTHERS MIGHT FOLLOW..lol

You are pronouncing judgment on people about their maturity and their relationship with God.
You have no right.
Is Jesus happy with Christianity today? I think not. My opinion.
I believe, my opinion, is that many, maybe most local assemblies are nothing more than a religious assembly. Not a Church of our Lord.
But there are many local churches around the world that , while not perfect, are worshipping God in Spirit and truth, teaching the truth, and growing in the Grace of God.
And for you to openly condemn ALL churches is sin.
And by the way, it is not what I have grown up believing, It is what I have learned through many years of study.
Personal study with the Holy Spirit and also study with others in a local Church.
Get off your self righteous horse and get right with God.
AMEN

Everyone have thier own mind. You can't save anyone and I can't make anyone hear me. The truth is the truth. If you want to go to your church, that's your business. It still don't change the fact that those churches are not one. There divided.

The Sunday tradition actually took place, because that was the day to which Christ resurrected from the dead (on a Sunday).

You DO have control of getting your heart and life with the Lord..its not left to chance..lol
certainly getting my heart right with the Lord is something to aim at, but I would not go as far as 'claiming or stating that it already is...so there we differ .

Your quote:

"Everyone have thier own mind. You can't save anyone and I can't make anyone hear me."

This atitude is not taking responsibiliy :(
Sorry I'm not saying what you want to hear. It sounds like you just want me to take everything back, because you don't like it.

When you state your opinion is "the truth", acknowledge that it is merely your opinion, and then double down on it, that is not being sorry. That's being arrogant.

Your position is your opinion. You can't back it up from Scripture; rather, you simply claim that you are one of the rare enlightened ones and that all other "Christians" are deceived. That's being arrogant.

You have forgotten that it is the unsaved who are the majority. Those who have believed in Christ for salvation are... saved. You aren't the judge, and you would do well to stop your recriminations. Judge not, lest you be judged. Take the massive sequoia log out of your own eye so that you can be of some use to the Kingdom of God.

How do you know Jesus rose on a sunday ? If I showed you He rose before Sabbath sunset would you believe it ? The only proof we have is scripture 1Cor 15v3,4, since there were no witnessess present. Yet we have churches proclaiming He was seen on the sunday....well AFTER His resurrection. It begs the question if their claim is fraudulent ? or perhaps just mis-judged ?

I didn't say I was the enlighten one, you did. I gave a lot of scripture. What do you want to know in scripture.

Which part of the law do you expect to keep? What is your purpose in keeping that part and not the rest?

What are we not to touch?

Gal 2:20 Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
21 (Touch not; taste not; handle not;
22 Which all are to perish with the using;) after the commandments and doctrines of men?
23 Which things have indeed a shew of wisdom in will worship, and humility, and neglecting of the body; not in any honour to the satisfying of the flesh.

Should we not keep the Commandments GOD expects us to keep, the ones that are eternal, spiritual, holy just and good Rom 7 ?
seems you have not read Eph 2v15 and Col 2v14, I have mentioned many times and no longer apply to us yet you see fit to bring into conversation.
