Actually the recipie is for civiche but i substitute cooked baby shrimp for raw shark [its kind of a mexican sushi] very popular street food in baja
they claim that the chilis and lime mix makes it safe to eat raw, I've had it before and felt fine but I'd rather eat fish cooked. no worries that way
