Hello - I am Greeneyedwriter (until I am comfortable sharing my actual name in PMs). There is much to say about myself, but I think the most relevant item is my reason for coming here. For much of my life, it has been virtually impossible to make - let alone keep - friends in person and in my age group, whether Christian or not, regardless of where in the country I've lived. Thus, my wish is to befriend and support those with similar difficulties, and share stories, regardless of "friend history".

The above may be off-putting, but it is the truth. And you needn't worry - my stories aren't ALL so terrible as my introduction might suggest.

The best way to learn more about a new member is through their posts and forum decorum. This of course, may take some time. There are not many that will be willing to start exchanging PM's which are called 'conversations' on this site with a complete stranger.

Many of the members are frequent contributors to the forums and you will have to write a few posts as well giving the community a chance to see who you are and what you are about. This will give you an opportunity also to know a few of the members as well.

We all have a story to tell and I am looking forward to reading about yours but it's going to have to be in the public forum for all to see. There are many here that are definitely worth taking the time to get to know and possibly leading to friendship. Supporting each other is what happens here and I am sure that you will find this to be true.
